This school is probably the best in the south Beloit area. The staff are unique and all have different traits that contribute to learning, instead of just boring sloth like teachers. The last principle, Mr. Plourde was pretty chill, as for the new principal I don’t know, I haven’t met her yet. If you send your kid here they’ll easily find a group to fit in with. The sports teams are all pretty good besides the soccer team. I’d recommend sending your kid here, it’s much better than any of the other schools around.

This school is awesome! Great service and great teachers. The school has a solution for everything. The food served there is great and if you ever get bullied there is always a solution. The principal and teachers are really nice and caring. This school is highly recommended!!!!

It's okay. I'm not trying to hate on the school or anything like that but it could be better

Willowbrook is a top middle school in the state of Illinois. It is certainly #1 in South Beloit proper. The superintendent has excellent communication with parents as does the middle school principal. The teachers have engaging curricula and there are a number of valuable after school activities in which the students can actively engage. If you are debating between South Beloit's downtown middle school South Beloit Jr. High or Willowbrook Middle School; Willowbrook is the hands-down favorite. Students at Willowbrook consistently place in the top most percentages of all state and national standardized tests in every discipline. The only way the school would improve is to have a more diversified student body. Also, a grand marquee would be nice. The journey through the corn field to the front door has always been rather humorous to my mind.

A strong, challenging curriculum and energetic administration and staff, combined with the peaceful rural setting, make Willowbrook Middle School a top notch public school.
