I love this school, all of my kids are attending or went to Whispering Forest, I definitely recommend this school to everyone. Very kind and caring faculty. All the teachers that my kids had did an awesome job, my kids loves to go to the school, they go and come back always with a big smile in their face. I hope that everyone will enjoy and have the same great experience that me and my family had.

I can only say good things about it. All of my kids attends Whispering Forest, and seen their excitement of going to school it makes me realize that I have made a great pick to move to Slidell and for my kids to attend such a great school. I am so really happy, and I love everyone in there, they have always been greeted cheerfully, respected, and loved. My kids feel appreciated, and acknowledged as people at this spectacular school. Academically, the scores tell the tale, but the rest of the story is these kids love to learn as they are taught by a wonderful team of teachers that love to teach. I have had only good experience in this school, totally recommend them to everyone to attend.

We recently moved here, and my daughter's teacher did a great job helping my daughter makes friends at her new school. My daughter is very shy, and I was concerned about her ability to make friends. The school has been welcoming...front office staff are the best.

My daughter went to first grade here and we loved it! Great school, great staff, great staff! I really have no complaints and would highly recommend this school especially because it only goes up to 3rd grade!

As a mother of four, I spend many hours on campus helping, and have always been greeted cheerfully, respected, and loved. My kids feel appreciated, and acknowledged as people at this spectacular school. Academically, the scores tell the tale, but the rest of the story is these kids love to learn as they are taught by a wonderful team of teachers that love to teach.

As a part of our administrative philosophy, my assistant principal and I are highly visible in the classrooms, in the halls, and other areas of the school. We also take learning walks and do teaching and learning snapshots on a regular basis to be sure the students are involved in the most dynamic learning possible. We continue to be reflective in planning programs and providing input to our stakeholders. Our school system has a guaranteed curriculum that addresses the state grade level expectation and organizes our resources to assist teachers with their planning. Our school, along with all of the St. Tammany school, has developed a discipline system using the state Positive Behavior Support model. This proactive model requires input and participation from all parties. Our Treehouse Council (student council) meets regularly with the council s sponsors and the administration to share ideas to enrich the school s physical plant and climate. Parental input is always welcomed and appreciated. Our very best cheerleaders are those who have actively participated in the day to day activities at the school. Anyone with any concerns or questions can pick up the phone and call or call and schedule a meeting. Our school is a very special place, and our children are our gifts.
