it’s awful. almost every single one of the teachers a Wapahani does not care about teaching their students. all they care about is their money and leaving at the end of the day. The principal nor the assistant principal do anything for bullying, threatening, harassing, etc. do not send your kids here.

I got a degree that’s the best I can say. I was jumped in a hallway and pushed into a classroom and absolutely 0 teachers were around (was by lockers so a populated area) and had to miss 2 periods to report it because the principal was busy I guess. Was not evaluated by the nurse (by the way they have like 2) and the kid that did it was suspended for whopping 3 days and they allowed his brother to go around with a petition to get the suspension reversed because he didn’t like me. This isn’t even mentioning the favoritism, lack of teachers who actually care, absolutely garbage leadership, and a toxic environment within the student body. The 4 star rating they claim is a complete lie and doesn’t represent what actually happens. Make no mistake they may have put a new coat of paint on, but it still smells just as bad as it was.

Wapahani is a great School for the what some may call "Normal" Child attending My son has been there 8 years he is Autistic and in the Resource Room his Teacher is awesome and the Aides are great the Problem is that they have NOTHING for our kids at this School NO Dances are they invited to NO Special Events where the kids can interact with other Students Parents look Forward to those special moments of Dances, Groups, Sports But NOTHING is geared towards "OUR" Children and it is SAD My Son only has a year left but I see so many kids coming in WHEN is WAPAHANI going to get with the program and give these kids thier opputunity to SHINE!!! Instead the are shuffled late to School and let out Early and instead of being really involved in "THIER SCHOOL" they are pushed into a group of thier own, Oh We get all the papers wanting US to support the School but That will ONLY happen when the SCHOOL SUPPORTS OUR KIDS!! It is a shame that I see other Schools totally getting these kids involved in everything If this School for the future children could include these special unique kids in the WHOLE School they would fine some of the most amazing students but as of now they are hidden :(
