    My child went to this school and had a wonderful experience! She had a bad experience at storm Grove with all the bullying that happens there but after changing schools she has excelled! Would recommend this school to anyone who wants a safe place for education.

    My daughter’s experience at this school was wonderful . She was in Choir for 2 1/2 yrs and in 8th grade was in choir and the madrigals choir . She learned so much and they had so many great experiences , learning adventures , concerst, fund raisers, being part of the choir was like having family at school for her. Mr kinkle is a wonderful teacher!! They traveled to South Carolina, NC , won first place , then Savannah Ga. for lunch n touring and shopping.. mr kinkle has a great year planned out for 2018-2019 !!!!

    This school has some great teachers but to many times my children who have gone there have told me that the teachers push their own political views on the children. I do not send my children their to be preached to by teachers on their politics and I believe that in a classroom a teacher should stay neutral and leave politics out of the class. The worse thing a teacher can do is go against what a parent teaches their own children unless it's academic. Teachers Keep the politics out of the room we parents will guide our children the way we think is right. These are not your children. You are there to teach on a particular subject not preach your beliefs.

    My daughter has had the best experience in choir. Being in the Madrigals has boosted her self confidence and she's made some great friends. As a parent I love the choir trips to college campuses. Mr Kinkle expects a lot from his kids and they always come back with Superiors. Having my daughter be a part of the top Middle School choir in the area is a great thing!

    My Daughter has the most amazing Choir experience!! Mr Kinkle is fantastic! They received many superior ratings and are known all over the state! They go on educational, fun and vocalDeveloping trips every year! I would have to say Mr KinkleIs the most devoted educator I have experienced in all my daughters years of school. I highly recommend his choir class for all children to try. He believes in teaching anyone to sing! SRMS overall I would recommend to anyone moving to the area.

    Good school...but don't let your kid take Choir....Kinkle has a God complex and is a control freak...he has a very stuck up attitude and favors the kids that their parents volunteer...

    Whatever you do, do not participate in choir! At least not while Kinkle is at the helm. You are your student will regret it. Otherwise great school!

    Our family loves SRMS. It has a great band program with plenty of field trips and ways to get children involved. The teachers have always been great and willing to communicate by email for us busy parents. The portal to monitor grades has excellent detail and stays current. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating is due to the buses. This school, which I believe this occurs at most schools these days, has some issues with monitoring behavior on the bus and keeping the "good" kids from suffering the wrath of the "bad." I will not put my son a bus, I don't feel it's safe.

    Our family relocated here from New England and the students, teachers, and staff have been so great! i highly recommend this school, as it is organized, and seems to have great systems in place. Thank you SRMS!
