horrible. They pick and choose with every student and all they do is judge instead of doing their job CORRECTLY!! I don’t understand how or why they do what they do. Please be carful with this school or schools like this, and check in on your kids and how they act. Pay attention and hear them out instead of automatically agreeing with the school because they are “adults”. In reality they are worse than the teenagers.

This school is very old and in need of repair including no air conditioning- which causes a huge problem at the end of the year on the third floor when students are trying to concentrate on taking their final exams! The principal is lacking the skills needed to be an effective leader. Some of the teachers are very good and go the extra mile for ALL of their students, while the majority set a bad example, do not care to put in extra effort for the kids that need it, and the teachers and principal do not work well together. (The school does not even have a fax machine- if that says something.) I believe in the Scranton area high school students can choose whether to attend West Scranton High o Scranton High. I would choose Scranton High for sure.
