After a two year pandemic you would think the school would have a plan in place for the students that are being quarantined. Not only do they have no plan, but they are also quarantining the kids for a longer time frame than the one advised by the CDC. They do not care that a child has to be home without ANY academic instruction and has to fall behind his/hers peers. It's a horrible school that does not care about the students.

Hello,I'm from the graduating class of 2021. To begin with, I enjoyed talking to most of my teachers and staff. Surprisingly, I felt safe with the officers in my school because they socialize with many students like normal human beings. For homework, if you understood the class subject and knew what is going on, homework is very easy to do. Sometimes it is annoying, even if I've taken advantage of this, but sometimes the teachers would "help" students with classwork when they were doing the student's work themselves. For the learning differences, I don't think there isn't a lot of support, especially when a parent is trying to point out a challenge the student doesn't notice, but do need help in. For example, if one wants to benefit in vocabulary or to increase they word usage, they wouldn't help and push that aside. Leadership: Leadership clubs and etc. are everywhere in the school. As long as the student joins something, they can learn some leadership skills and increase their communication skills.

Segerstrom is the best school to send my son goes there . Student has received the excellent test scores . Segerstrom is a best school that offers many opportunities to help your child succeed.

I have recently graduated from Segerstrom in June 2010. I'm so proud to say I was a Jaguar. Every teacher strives to give the best to each of their students and does everything in their realm of possibility to help all of their students succeed. I was pushed every year of my four years to succeed and I was challenged every day. This is possibly one of these best high schools to send your child to. You will not be disappointed.

Within five years, many students have been accepted and enrolled to competitive and prestigious universities as: USC, UCLA, Harvard, Brown, Stanford, Long Beach State, San Diego State, Berkeley, United States Military Academy at West Point, Princeton, Cal Poly Pomona and San Luis Obispo, Chapman, Cornell, UCSD, George Washington, University of Chicago, and much more. I learned a lot. Many teachers hold Masters Degrees and come from a very rigorous well trained background. Most of the instructors are bilingual (Spanish, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Taiwanese, French, Dutch, German, Italian, or Hebrew) and therefore may communicate on a one-on-one conference with the students parents. Segerstrom has attracted the brightest and most talented students from around the County. No wonder it is a very competitive school in the district, county, state, and at the nation level.
