For lack of any better term, absolute dumpster of a school. Charming director great ideas but don’t fall into believing that their program can make any of them happen. While they tout a blended program in actuality it is anything but. Basically, a home-studies school with an on-campus study hall. Textbooks and working material were some of the same I saw when I student taught in 2007, sacks and stacks of Xerox worksheets, nothing but rote memorization and busy work. Grading was drive-by at best, my daughter had difficulty completing about half of her work yet managed straight A’s until we needed a final transcript to leave back to public school. Then it was 3 C’s and 2 D’s. Need to talk to a teacher? Good luck as most leave at 2:30 with the students, Email and text communication was sporadic. Zero campus security, students come and go throughout the day, wander around Walmart up the street walk over to Sanger High etc. They do indeed have a nice music and art program, while the music teacher is great, art teacher brings his grown son to work who takes questionable pictures with female students (Found a few on my daughters’ phone). My child only attended Hallmark for 6 months before the COVID shutdown. When online education began, we transferred back to FUSD. After that It took about three months with two private tutors to get my child caught up to the point where public school was working the time. I could continue to go on and on, but I will stop here. If you have ANY concern for the quality of your child’s education run as far from this school as you can.

I attended Hallmark Charter from my freshman till my junior year of high school and if I hadn't moved I would've gardauted from this amazing school. Mr. Sanchez and Mrs. Jones are two amazing leaders here. The teachers are very caring and have an excellent method of teaching concepts. The students are very mature and well disciplined so do not worry about your child not fitting in or getting bullied. The idea of learning at home without a teacher may sound harsh and scary but at this school it is very easy. They even have on-campus classes two times a week and tutoring everyday. Long story short I love this school so much and I miss it as well. Shoutout to my awesome teachers Mr. Arroyo, Mr. Anderson, and Mr. Leech.

Hallmark Charter allows the children to learn at there own pace, find what they love to do creatively thru art, music, etc. The children who attend seem to be much calmer and better focused on learning. I would recommend this school to any parent that wants to be involved in their child's education.

Excelent Principal Teachers Staff Education Need I say any more. No but I will. Mr. S nchez is the most friendly Principal I have ever met. He really knows what he is doing there. Motivates staff and students in the teaching- learning experience. It all starts from the top. About art and music this school really impresses not just because of the talent itself but because all the children are homeschooled and do so great.

Hallmark has been a great experience for my son the teachers are great and take time with the students. Very hands on Principal he knows all students by name and takes time to speak to each parent very encouraging to both student and parent. The art classes are wonderful and ran by very sweet teachers, music program is also one of the pluses to this school, coming from a public school to Hallmark has been nothing short of a miracal for my son he has goals as far as going to college before Hallmark he wasn't sure that he could do college now we talk almost daily about his college goals. This school has saved my student from bullying and lower GPA to on task and encouraged to take on more and is doing it without complaint because his home school teacher works with him at his pace. I love the staff and school it's self I feel that Hallmark has helped to bring my son to this new outlook would suggest to anyone, in fact if I would have placed my child from his freshmen year if I were aware of Hallmark. Today he is a senior and very proud to be part of this wonderful program, we love Hallmark

Excellent, caring teachers, strong academic program, but administrators are too harsh when it comes to student discipline.

My daughter has attended Hallmark Charter school for 3years now. When we pulled her out of public school, and we are in Clovis Unified, she was way below grade level. Last years state test scores showed her to be mid way on the proficient level. This has been the best move we could have done for our daughter. Would highly recommend this school.

This is our 2 year at Halmark. Before this I home-schooled them. I like that Hallmark provides a teacher 1x a week for 1 hr. per child. I also like that they have classes like Piano, Art, Digital Film and some tutoring. There are many positives about Hallmark, but no school is perfect. I do like that Hallmark offers tutoring, but they don't always have enough teachers in the classroom to offer the proper help. I also don't like that sometimes the classes are spread out, so I feel like I am dropping off my kids & picking them up way to much. I just wish they could stay there & the classes would be back to back instead of spread out. There is lots of school work & it doesn't leave room for sick days. This school may not be for everyone, but for now it works for us.

i think hallamrk is great you actually learn things instead of cheating off of other peoples paper like in regular school the teachers are great and the students are friendly they dont say any bad words to you because they are very respectful, you will not find that in any other school
