My daughter completed K-5 and my son 3-5. The principal in the early years moved along(happy days when that happened). Ms P came in and totally made the school better. She treated everyone equally and we loved and miss Gardner.

All three of my children have attended the bilingual immersion program at this school and they have had a great experience. This school is not perfect but it’s the kind of school and community that I want my children to be a part of. The staff are caring and kind and so is the principle. They are approachable and the class sizes are not huge. I feel like my kids can get the attention that they need and when there is an issue whether it relates to my child’s education or conflict with another student I feel able to address the issue with staff and counselor and it is taken care of immediately. My children feel safe and supported here. Thank you for all you do!

I am grateful for having my son in Gardner for the first year of his life. It is still a great memory for us since then.

This school is in transition. After years in program improvement, new leadership as of 2012-13 and 2013-14 is paying attention to putting students first, as well as to academics and accountability. The new PTO board of 2012-13 is active and supportive of the administration. Parents are more involved than ever and the new staff is hopeful this is the year a long trend will be reversed to the benefit of the kids.

this school is not so good I should know because i went there and it did not help me at all it just dropped me behind and trust me know it just harder for me to learn in another school I mean its a great school but its not giving students the education they need
