  My son has been attending Champion now for just over two years, starting in the summer 1st grade program. We absolutely love this school. The teachers are so positive and full of energy and life. It is readily apparent that they love working with children; they keep my son excited and engaged, and build him up. Every time I see them with my child, he always has a big grin and they are giving him a big hug!He's gained so much confidence and independence, and his academic progress has been impressive. He reads and writes at least two grade levels above normal state standards, and he absolutely loves school. The logic and science courses are unparalleled in the area, and the emphasis on being respectful (to themselves and others) and being there to learn is fantastic.Every teacher, especially the principal Ms. Moona, is passionate, friendly, and welcoming. We are starting our daughter there this summer as well. We worried at first that the school had a reputation for being too rigorous or strict, but we have never found this to be the case. My son is an energetic, enthusiastic boy who is loud, exuberant, and always on the go - and he's never, ever had a problem here. In fact, he's always been so engaged that the times I have visited, he's never even noticed us walk in, he is having so much fun with his friends.
