I think Eldest is a great school. I went there over 40 years ago. My daughter went there 15 years ago and my nephews 4 years ago. All the teachers I had our my daughter and nephews had were great! I couldn't have asked for a better start to their education. Only negative would be to get rid of free art, and teach art! The kids can do so much more than allowed to in art.

Horrible!!! Principal gives full support to teachers- even the bad ones. They have no issues with bullying the kids, and punishing them unfairly. Regardless of special needs/ accommodations/ or IeP. There is a serious lack of positive reinforcement and assistance from the administration. We are considering homeschooling to rebuild confidence in our children.

We just removed our very well behaved daughter from this school mid year and had to put her in a private school due to a very bad inexperienced teacher and lack of Principal leadership and teacher indoctrinating our kids with Principals approval. Principal sticks up for bad teachers and lets things get out of hand. District was involved. Children being taught in this particular classroom with their backs to the whiteboard and teacher. Our child (when in 1st grade) was also lost on a school bus 2 years ago from 3:30 to 5:10 and Principal was mad we went to the District looking for her because they put her on the wrong bus and did not know where she was. Too much to mention here but so glad because this has turned out to be a Blessing for our family. There has been NO transition but amazing Joy with teachers that are not tenured, underpaid, Christian values, Academics are Incredible. Better than we imagined! (ex: EE multiplication to 3's-new school doing 5 digit division and assignents written in cursive..) teachers give your child one on one and small classes (14 kids with 2nd and 3rd combined) parental involvement is mandatory and best of all there are NO Bad teachers/Principals..
