I would like to share my observations regarding the principal style of . It appears that there may be some challenges in communication, as I have noticed instances where the principal seems to be dismissive.

Kratz Elementary is a mediocre school to send your child. Some of the teachers can be really nice and others not so much. The lunch is plain and not very nutritious. The women in the office are okay as well. I've noticed lots of fights at recess. Petty fights that could be dealt with, using words. Fighting is very common at this school. I wouldn't recommend this school to fellow students that are disturbed very easily. Though, since many of the fellow children are close to entering middle school, that could be the reason. This school is clean and provides hand sanitizer stations all around the building. Many kids cuss out loud and many of the teachers swipe it off like it was nothing special and ignores them, and this cussing is usually used in an argument that turns into a fight. It is not my place to tell you which school your kid should go to, this is just a heads-up. A rethinker.

Kratz Elementary school has come along way in the last couple of years. The teachers, office staff and principals are all really involved with everything that goes on in the building. The Special School District staff is also one of THE BEST. I cant say enough good things about everybody there.I would HIGHLY recommend any teacher in any grade for your child. I wish I could mention every single teacher and staff at this school but I do not think you will be disappointed.Ms. McNaulty & Dr. Stricher are THE ABSOULTE BEST principals I've ever met-always going out of their way to make others feel included and resolve any issues that may occur. From Kindergarten to Fifth grade there is such a diverse team and a teacher who will make sure your child succeeds. The entire SSD staff at Kratz is absolutely wonderful. Ms. Barrow will transform your child's reading abilities. Mrs. Daugherty will help your child with any speech impairments and make them more confident in themselves. Ms. Terrell will make sure your child is learning in a safe and educational environment if they need writing or math. Mr. Gallagher will help your child's social and emotional needs and help them learn appropriate ways to express their emotions and solve problems. There are so many resources within this school for your child who may be struggling emotionally or academically. Every one of these teachers here at Kratz will fight for your child to make sure they are getting the education & skills needed to be successful growing up. If you had any doubts about sending your child here I hope this helps. You will not find a better school of teachers to make a difference in your child's life.

The office and principal are the worst. I'm talking about dorlita adams. They are very rude for no reason. I wish the district would hire better staff.
