School went through major transitional period through 2018, and going into Covid times. Current Principle and administration has been with school for at least 5 years, and has made many changes that has greatly improved moral. The school is not perfect, but there are shining segments of the school community that are worth looking into.

LOVE LOVE this school! Couldn't think of anywhere else I would want to send my child. It has been an amazing experience from the first day we walked into the door.

We love this school. My oldest just graduated from 8th grade and I have nothing but fond memories and look forward to my other children to have the same wonderful experience! The personnel are amazing, everyone from the principal to the lunch room personnel, to the maintainance crew, but most of all the amazing teachers

For the past 5 years my son has attended St. Patrick Catholic School in St Charles, IL. This last year has been a joke when it came to the amount of bullying that went on. It seemed to take place all year long, not only verbally but physically. All incidents had been reported to the Principal along with face to face meetings with school personal including, the Vice Principal and Monsignor. Among the physical incidents, one resulted in welts on my son’s legs after being whipped. The other, actual video camera footage of a group of boys bullying him at recess. During our meeting with the school personal, we were assured the parents of the boy whom our son was having a problem with would be contacted and everything would be investigated. This school does NOT follow through with the ZERO tolerance law on bullying and this school will also lie to you about taking care of situations. Later, calling the parent personally, I found out the school never even contacted them about what was going on. They were blowing off every situation hoping it would just go away. St. Pats protects the higher donating families. Unfortunately, we didn’t donate enough on top of our tuition payment for our son to be protected. I once thought it was in my son’s best interest to attend St. Pats, but now it’s time he gets enrolled elsewhere. Please be aware of these situations if your children attend this school or if you’re planning to send your children there! There are many other families in the school or that have left the school because of the same issues.

Leadership is so important to a school. This school has a strong Principal at the helm, strongly supported by a strong Vice Principal and Msgr. - as well as a devoted, caring and talented staff of teachers.

My children have been at this school for about a year and I am extremely satisfied with the academics and religious instruction. My children feel at home here and I will recommend this school to anyone. It has been a great experience!!

St Pat's is going through a tremendous transition period. The changes began 2.5 years ago and continue today. 2 new principals in 2.5 years along with a 15+ year teacher turned vice principal 1.5 years ago doesn't always make a good mix. New teachers, overall implementation of new curriculum that is ongoing for 2,5 years, teachers have left due to administration, teachers have been let go due to budget cuts, teachers have not been educated on new programs prior to being expected to teaching the new material, changes in policies without notice to staff, parents or students. The promise of much better communication, by the parish & administratin, to all has not happened. Teachers, parents and students feel the negativity in the atmosphere at St Pat's.. St Pat's used to have a feeling of being a community that could and would come together. Over the past 2.5 years there has not been a sense of community at St Pat's. Understand, change was necessary, in some areas, for the positive future growth of St Pat's school. The effects of positive change don't happen overnight, it takes time. St Pat's has many kinks to work out in administration, education and co-cirricular activities. Thankfully there are many good schools in this area.

Absolutely love the warm, nurturing environment that St. Patricks preschool has to offer. After trying out 3 different preschools for my child we finally found this one to be the perfect fit. The teachers are great, lesson plans are engaging and my child begs to go to school everyday. Could not ask for more.

My children currently go to St. Pats. The school is wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about it. The principal gives 110 % each and every day; instilling values of kindness toward others, perseverance, Faith. The parents are very friendly and very involved. I have been told repeatedly that students coming from St. Pats are much better prepared when they get to high school.
