    Anywhere between the past 4-20 years ago I would have given S.A.G.S. a 5 star rating, but I've noticed that the past few years things have not been as I call up to my standards; especially when it comes to children with Special Needs and as a parent you know what is best for your child academically, physically, emotionally, etc., but I feel the past 3-4 years the school is truly not Hearing the parents concerns compared to back in the 1990s to early 2000. I do think some of the staff are beyond outstanding, but the school and some staff truly need to look deeper at what's better for a child academically and emotionally while they are attending there. They need to step up to the plate so to speak, and understand these guidelines of minutes per week for a special needs child when placed in a regular education classroom setting are not always what is best for each child. I do not think it's fair to a child by any school in this state to limit the amount of help the child receives! Mom of 6 (biological children) 1 that is at home that attends SAGS.

    This school is okay. It's a little behind on teaching. The northern schools are way ahead! some may say it's because of it being a small town/school but that's just an excuse.
