I regret to express my disappointment with the assistant principal Elizabeth Schuster's parent communications skills. In a recent phone conversation, I encountered a disheartening incident where Elizabeth Schuster spoke to me disrespectfully and abruptly hung up in my face. As a parent, I believe that open and respectful communication is fundamental for a constructive parent-school relationship.The extremely dismissive tone used during our conversation was unprofessional and left me feeling undervalued and disrespected. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior from an individual in a leadership position, especially in an education setting where collaboration between parents and staff is crucial.As a well seasoned preschool owner, I strongly believe that fostering a positive and respectful environment is essential for the well-being of both students and parents. I sincerely hope that there will be a commitment to improving her communication skills to ensure that interactions between school administrators and parents are characterized by professionalism and courtesy.It is my wish that this feedback contributes to fostering a more positive and respective school atmosphere for everyone involved.

I have mixed feelings about this school. However overall I see that they might have room for improvement, and they are willing to make a effort to make a change. As in any school I think that as a parent it is part of my job to be involved in my child's education. Parents must be willing to be involved and understand its a partnership with the school to ensure your child's success. Be involved. I belive that my child is safe at this school and teachers and administrators are involved. Most after hours events I have seen these teachers and front office staff give up their time to stay late and be present. I have caught the principal cleaning up spills and taking out the trash. Which I think is great, I see him willing to help where he is needed and I see that as ownership and pride in the school. I think this school has its challenges, but I think it's at the district level and the staff here hands are tied.

Our child attends Caldwell Elementary School in the dual language program. We are extremely satisfied with our teacher and the support for the administration. Our teacher knows how to teach to all levels and keeps each child progressing. It's amazing to see how individualized the education is in our classroom. The librarian is lovely, always challenging, teaching and encouraging the students. The counselor makes an effort to know my child. I am very impressed with this campus and would recommend it to anyone considering Caldwell.

My son has been in Caldwell for 2 years (3rd and 4th) grade. His teachers were caring, involved and very good at teaching. They were always available (whether via email or after school) to talk to. The class sizes are small and everyone I met there was friendly.

Caldwell was once an outstanding school! Teachers were exceptional as was all of the supporting staff. All staff seemed to put the students first. As the years passed, however, administration saw students as test scores and parents as the driving force behind a teachers worth. Hopefully things will come full circle and Caldwell will return to its former glory days, where EVERYONE, admin, teachers and parents put the children and their needs first.

I'm in the UTeach program at the University of Texas at Austin. I was assigned to come observe and student teach at Caldwell this past semester. It was a great experience. My cooperating teacher was outstanding. She executed her lessons flawlessly and genuinely cared for her students. It was very easy to see that she shared a strong connection with her class. When I taught lessons, the students were engaged and very fast learners. EXTREMELY WELL DISCIPLINED. This school is a great school and deserves MUCH more credit than the previous reviews have given it.

This school is really uncaring for individual child, and if you ask something, they are tired of it. I am so happy to see that other moms have the same opinions as mine. I have been felt " Am I doing something wrong?? I am just asking !!"
