Our family joined QA in 2023 . We started our oldest at a FCS. Then transferred starting 4th & K for our youngest. From the moment we stepped on the QA campus & met staff, faculty & other current/prospective families, we knew we had found our place & our people. We would choose QA time & time again. Our family really values the curriculum & all the learnings our girls bring to us. The religious environment is integrated in a well-balanced fashion, in curriculum & mass on Friday mornings. Our entire family feels right at home at Queen of Angels and our children are realizing more than their potential. Throughout the year there are multiple opportunities to be on campus volunteering, having lunch with your student(s) and so much more. Queen of Angels Catholic School is an incredible blessing.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Queen of Angels! Our journey with QOA began this year with our oldest starting Kindergarten year and have been constantly impressed with the phenomenal staff, the teachers, the curriculum, and the overall feel of the school – it is such a warm and loving community. My husband attended Catholic school growing up and I attended the blue ribbon public schools in the East Cobb area and given both of our backgrounds when touring schools and seeing our oldest feel so at home here was a feeling of knowing this was the right place for our family. Our child is thriving through developing strong friendships with classmates, learning from the teachers in such impactful ways and the growth academically in just a few short months is absolutely incredible and has surpassed our expectations. The school maintains an excellent balance of including the families so they can be a part of the school including but not limited to be it volunteering though the HSA association or attending mass when the school attends every Friday or any of the other avenues of supporting the children and the school that are available to parents. The school's truly lives its mission of Encountering Christ, Empowering Students, and Engaging Community in everything it does. The religious Catholic aspect of the curriculum is ever present and is incredibly important to us and our family and our child is shining by learning through faith and God being grounded at the center of the school. The school is everything we could have hoped and wished it would be and we are so blessed and thankful to be part of the Queen of Angels family.

We have been at Queen of Angels since Kindergarten, and our daughter absolutely loves it. She is eager to be the first one at school and wants to be the last to leave each day. She enjoys the community feel, the freedom to learn and grow into who she is, and the support she has received from her teachers and administrators. We couldn't be happier!

Queen of Angels has been such a blessing to my family. The school's truly lives its mission of Encountering Christ, Empowering Students, and Engaging Community. A special part of QA is the retention of faculty and staff who are dedicated to the mission of Catholic education. Even with the large classes, they are able to personalize learning, and my children look forward to their specials' classes - especially STREAM! There have been some very special moments this school year that build community to begin - singing the National Anthem at the Braves game, the Block Party. Highly recommended for families.

I would not recommend this school to anyone seeking a supportive environment with strong leadership. The current principal has significantly hindered the school’s potential. If she were replaced with a kind, respectful, and strong leader, the school could thrive. Unfortunately, the principal sets a poor example for young children. Imagine your child feeling like they’re in a jail-like environment, with a principal who never smiles or speaks kindly. My family and I have never had a positive encounter with her, and she seems to spread her unhappiness to everyone around her. It’s disheartening that she leads this school, affecting children daily. You won’t see the leaders, especially the principal, walking the halls or greeting children with Christ-like behavior. This feedback has been consistent among parents and families for years. No child who attended this school under the current principal would say they had a great experience. It’s time for new leadership. Children cannot thrive in such an environment. The combination of a controlling and passive-aggressive leader is detrimental. The decline in families and staff at Queen of Angels over the years is telling. It’s becoming a revolving door of staff and families.

(*Please note that I was a student at queen of angels.*) I went to QA for nine years and I can maybe tell you one or two good memories. All of which resulted in a write up. As far as the learning aspect of QA goes, it is decent. The school I attend now is much better but it did set a okay foundation. Most of the teachers are not very good. Some don't know what the heck they are talking about and others are very smart. The guidence counselor at QA has been switched up a lot recently and there has not been a counselor for more than a year for a long time. I think because of that it is hard to really connect with that person. There is a program to help kids that need more help but other than that theres not much. All in all, not a great school. Administration ruiend it. 1 star would not recomend.

Our family moved to Georgia this past year and our daughter joined QA as a 1st grader. Coming in from out of town, we didn't know anything about the schools in Georgia, so we toured 5 or 6 Catholic options from West Cobb to Milton. I cannot put into words how happy we are with our decision to send our daughter to Queen of Angels. As parents that both attended Catholic schools for 12 years, our expectations were high, and QA surpassed all of them.Honestly, choosing Queen of Angels was one of the best decisions we made in our move. Our daughter’s reading **skyrocketed** in less than a school year and her growth emotionally, socially, and all around academically left us in awe. Her teacher was the perfect blend of challenging, fun, and so helpful. Mrs. Wyman, the primary pod resource teacher, was invaluable. The weekly mass and devotion to the Catholic faith in every part of the day is so refreshing and wonderful to see. Parents can attend their Friday mass as well as join their children for lunch! Another thing that seems small, but made a big impact to us, was that we saw the principal and vice principal every day--always smiling and welcoming! At carpool, rain or shine, always greeting at the doors, introducing and closing the events/plays, and they truly seem like they love their positions and care for the school and the children. It is so wonderful to see how involved they both are in all aspects of the school. When we moved to Georgia, we were incredibly worried about our daughter's transition, but they went out of their way to ensure she became a welcomed part of the QA family! We will never be able to thank them enough and we HIGHLY recommend this school.

Queen of Angels has exceeded our expectations — we highly recommend it! Our family chose QA for its strong education program, community, and faith-centered approach. We’ve seen significant growth in our Kindergartener’s reading and writing skills in a short period of time. Her teacher and parapro have been kind, encouraging, and communicative. As a new family to the school, we’ve found it welcoming and easy to get to know other families. There are numerous community events and opportunities to engage with other parents and families; from a block party, screen on the green, coffee chats with the Principal, prayer groups, family restaurant nights out, and more. The school also connects all new families with a current family to serve as another resource for questions, which has been extremely helpful. Our daughter loves attending Mass each Friday and integrating prayer throughout her days. The school is well-run and provides a very safe environment. We look forward to many more years at Queen of Angels.

My daughters both graduated from QA. It has become better each year. I could not be happier about our experience. Those families who are not happy with the school probably had “problem” children. The classes that had those students are better without them.

We have two children attending Queen of Angels Catholic School and are extremely pleased with our overall experience at this school. What sets QA apart from other schools is the academic excellence, focus on faith and development of the whole person, and its wonderful teachers and warm community. As one of our children is preparing to enter high school next year, we feel that the curriculum at QA has prepared him extremely well as he will be taking all above-level courses. The teachers have been supportive, engaging and encouraging of our kids and do an excellent job of incorporating aspects of our Catholic faith into their specific subject instruction. QA has a small school feel to it, which we like, and becoming part of the warm, welcoming community here has been a highlight of our children's experience at QA. The traditions and special celebrations for holidays and holy days have become some of our fondest memories and have brought our faith to life for our children. When I walk into the building, the teachers and staff know me and my children and welcome us with a smile. It's comforting to know that the teachers at QA really care for the students and families, and they provide the support necessary to help my children succeed. I have seen both of my kids challenged and rise to the teacher expectations, growing in independence and confidence consistently over the last several years. We couldn't ask for a better elementary and middle school experience for our family and are blessed to be part of the Queen of Angels family.

This school has been an amazing community of faculty, staff, and families for us. Our children have really thrived in the faith-based environment where personal value and religion are woven into the strong academic curriculum and the overall character of the school. The families have become our closest friends. This is our ninth and final year for our oldest who has been there since Kindergarten and he is so well-prepared for High School. He got into his first choice of Catholic high schools and was placed in the advanced level coursework. Both children have been loved, supported, coached, and guided by the incredible faculty at this school. There are not many schools that offer the kind of loving, faith-based, and academic-driven environments like Queen of Angels. Would highly recommend!

We transferred our student from public schools to Queen of Angels starting in 2nd grade. The positive changes we have seen both academically and behaviorally have far exceeded our expectations. It was a complete 360 from what we experienced in a Cobb County School. Our student has a higher level of academic accountability and ownership, and continues to grow and be challenged positively. For example, parent-teacher conferences are led and presented by the student. Our student reviews his/her work, provides insight into what is working, and conversely, what's not working, and sets goals for the next quarter. The administrators, teachers, and staff are also committed to the well-being, academic success, and spiritual growth of every student. In hindsight, we wish we would have made the transition sooner. There is additionally a wonderful sense of community and Friday morning Mass is the highlight of my week as a parent.

The administration, faculty and staff at Queen Of Angels are wonderful and go above and beyond to ensure the safety of our children each day. Not only is the academic curriculum top notch, but QA does an excellent job incorporating faith based learning in the daily teachings. We are blessed to be a part of such a wonderful community at Queen Of Angels.

Queen of Angels has been a blessing to our family. The teachers and staff are loving and dedicated to their students. They are diligent about meeting the needs of the students both academically and spiritually. They strive to encompass the Catholic faith in all their subjects and activities. Our children are receiving the tools they need to grow into life long learners who are dedicated to their faith. The QA community is strong and we are thankful for all the connections we have made with such wonderful families. We are so grateful to send our children to this Christ-like, safe and challenging school each day.

I would not recommend this school to anyone looking for a school environment that is supported by strong leadership from the top. The principal single handedly has ruined this school and it's potential to be great. If only she were removed and replaced with a strong, kind, respectful individual, the school would thrive. This current principal is a horrible example for young children to be around everyday. Imagine your child being dropped off to a school with a principal that makes your child feel like they are in jail and makes the whole experience of school miserable. She never smiles nor speaks kindly to the children. I have never seen her have a positive interaction with others nor has my family ever had a positive encounter with her. She is a very unhappy person that makes herself feel better by making everyone else around her miserable. It's so sad that she is the leader of this school and that children have to experience this daily. You will not see the leaders walking the halls or greeting children at this school exemplifying Christ-like behavior, especially the principal. I have heard this feedback for years from other parents and families as well. You will not find one child who attended this school under this current principal that would say they had a great experience. It's time for new leadership in this school. A child can not thrive in an environment like this. What a terrible experience for a child to go through. A controlling and passive aggressive leader for any school is a bad combination. There is a reason that Queen of Angels has lost so many families and staff over the years. They would be struggling with enrollment if it wasn't for COVID, even the Archdiocese has admitted that.

Our extended family has been a part of the Queen of Angels Catholic School community for the past 15 years, with our personal family a part for the past 12 years. Our three children all started at Queen of Angels in Kindergarten and two have since graduated moved onto high school. We have personally been through three different school administrations and we can assure you that our current leadership is strong, our school remains in good hands and our future is bright! The leadership team is dynamic, always leading with the best intentions of the faculty & staff, parents and students. Each decision is well-vetted and intentioned, with Christ at the center. The teachers are phenomenal! They are kind, engaging, intelligent, empathetic servant leaders, who go above and beyond and truly care about their students. The school community is warm and welcoming! It's great to be a part of a caring school community who supports our school not only financially, but also gives their time and talents to serving and volunteering on the Advisory Council, Home and School Association as well as through various other volunteer opportunities. It's truly a wonderful community! In summary, Queen of Angels Catholic School is an amazing private school located on a Catholic campus with St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church and Preschool, Blessed Trinity Catholic High School, and St. George Village Retirement Community. The school offers excellent academics, enriching extracurricular activities, a strong and caring faculty and staff, and a Christ-centered community. We are honored to be a part of this school and are truly grateful for all that the faculty and staff at Queen of Angels Catholic School has done to prepare our children for not only high school, but also a faith-filled life!
