The principal is amazing! She has changed this school for the better. She runs a tight ship and that’s what kids need. Test scores have increased and the school has earned a National Blue Ribbon school.

They actively go out of their way to not help special needs students. The staff and especially the principal need a lot of education on neurodivergent children and autism In general. Their practices border on being illegal. A lot of behavioral issues in the classroom that don’t get dealt with and affect the learning of other kids in the general education classes. A lot of issues get brought to the principals attention and get dismissed or not dealt with. They actively discourage parents coming in and involved in the classroom. They will lie and tell you they don’t know how your kid got hurt or why they were upset. Stay away if you have a non verbal child. They will threaten you with truancy letters.

i went to this school since kindergarten and over all it was pretty great some of the kids tho were really rude and the teachers were a pain some times but other than that i made some great friends

Moved here from the Bay Area, where my son attended a 10/10 (great school rating) school and I found this school to be comparable to it. The staff and principal are excellent. They are quick to give their attention to any issue, if any, and come up with a resolution. The students and staff made him feel welcomed considering we transferred over when he was in 5th grade. We now have a daughter who has attended this school since preschool and have not had any issues whatsoever. She is in 3rd grade and is excelling in all educational areas.

Like all schools very disgusted and very sad for majority of students especially those with very slight disabilities who still qualify under the ADA law

Very excited to have my child attend this school,then I met the school psychologist who evaluated my child for a disability. The female psychologist literally accused me of wanting my child to have the disability. My doctor told me to switch schools due to that, if it wasn't for the excellent teachers I would have.advocate for your child, since we as parents know them best. Don't accept something you don't agree with, not because you want to be proven right but because we know what is best.

The New Principal and Primary Staff are Great!!!! Go beyond and above. Primary staff is well trained, communicate to the parents. Great with their Students. Unfortunately the 5th grade staff is HORRIBLE! I know this is very extreme.......however, it needs to be stated. They have no patience, they lack in communicating, multi-tasking, organization, respecting their students, and most important......TEACHING! It is shocking that this grade level of Teachers were give Teaching Credentials. I have had to re-explain/teach most of the math to my daughter after the attempt of being taught . I know that Common Core is new and challenging........Please know what it is about before attempting to teach! Don't throw chrome books in front of them and feel that they will learn from desk tops! They are not the Teacher........you are!!!! Terrible implementation! If used to be the Teacher, so the Teacher can have an excuse to hide from their responsibilities!!!

Kaseberg is going to be a fabulous school this year. The new principal is enthused. I was very impressed when I seen him after school with a huge smile going up to the children introducing himself and asking each child their name.

My two daughters went to Kaseberg and I must say they have some of the best teachers around. Being a retired educator myself, I know when kids are getting a quality education and for my money - Kaseberg delivered! Both of my kids are very much prepared for middle school as a result of their endeavors. Thanks Kaseberg, "You done good!"

I hate to write this, but this school is not good for Special Needs students. You have to fight to get the I.E.P implemented with a known disability. It seems like this school reaction to all students is to mainstream them and not offer services. I have had some major issues with this site. On the positive, if you have a general education student there is a lot of support. They do have RTI groups, but it is not enough to understand all kids. My child has been lost and did suffer an injury on the site and I did not even get a phone call. I think the teachers do mean well, but do not understand disabilities as much as they should.

Excellent curriculum, great teachers who care to make a difference, and strong leadership. I am happy that my third child is attending this school.
