    Noecker is a wonderful place for young children to grow and learn. The staff, including the principal, couldn't be more warm and welcoming. The staff quickly and successfully creates lines of communication with the school's families. Each morning when I drop my child off he is greeted by name and a big smile. I am confident he is in good hands at Noecker. The parents association, the HSA, is smoothly run and plan many community-building and fun activities throughout the year.
