- Submitted by parent on April 15, 2010Rose bud is an alright school unless your child has disabilities then they do absolutely nothing. They sit back and watch that child fail. The 504 plan is a joke to them. Only 2 teachers follow it and that's half way. They say one thing and do another. If your child has any kind of disability, i strongly suggest you look for another school!
