The teachers are great! All three children of my children have attended and enjoyed their high school years. They've had opportunities to participate in many sports and activities, unlike other schools where the same kids always make the various sports teams. As an educator myself, I appreciate all the teachers that work there and their time and energy they put forth in educating our children and helping them with any problems that arise in their adolescent years.

As a parent of one graduate, current student, and spouse is RM alumni- we couldn’t be happier. Our daughter was accepted to every one of her reach universities, awarded scholarships and is now on Deans List at a major university. Our youngest has a 4.25 GPA, is involved in sports, activities, AP and accelerated classes. She is challenged, constantly helped by teachers and loves her school. My husband got an engineering degree from Purdue after graduating from RM. What you put into your education is what you get out. This staff and school loves their students and works hard.

As a parent of 3 RMHS graduates I highly recommend this school. The children were involved in the many activities and clubs the school offers and were also involved in dance and sports. They were in honors and AP classes and were well prepared for college. All 3 attended great universities, including an ivy league school, graduated and are working good jobs. Rolling Meadows High School has an excellent teaching staff and a stellar college counseling department. You can't go wrong with District 214, and Rolling Meadows High School is one of the bet in the district.

I grew up in Rolling Meadows. When my husband and I found out we were expecting twins, we decided to return to RM from the city. I am an alumna of Rolling Meadows High School. I loved my four years set RMHS. I keep in touch with a few of my teachers. I believe that a student will receive the support they need from the wonderful staff. School staff support is just one part of the education equation. A supportive family and an intrinsically motivated student are the other important factors. I look forward to returning to RMHS when it's my children's turn to walk the hallways.

District 214 is fantastic and RM is great. The school sometimes gets a bad rap from those who would rather have a all-white school like Prospect or Hersey, where the aggregate test scores are skewed higher with low latino populations. I am quite certain that if your child is smart they will excel at RM. The staff at RM is excellent with few bad teachers, and athletics are very competitive with ability for your son or daughter to make the team without having to get lost in a sea of rich travel kids Freshman year. The vibe and school spirit are on the rise at the school.

My daughter is a freshman and is in the honors program - all honors classes (except one which is AP). As of now, she is hoping to major in engineering in college. The Wildstang robotics program is an excellent resource for students to see how an engineering team works together. The extra curricular activities offer a broad spectrum for varied interests of the students. The teachers are helpful and caring. For the area, the school is considered "small" and I think that is a plus. I also like the block scheduling.
