This school has amazing teachers, staff and students. The school has amazing facilities and continues to push the students academically. There are a lot of benefits living in NWA. You and your family can’t go wrong with the area or the school district.

This school used to be a goldmine. It is now a landmine, utterly collapsing and being run into the ground by students, administrators, and teachers who can’t afford to care anymore. If you are seeking an environment where you will thrive, be surrounded by other great teachers, have supportive administrators, and teach children who are required to be respectful, this is absolutely NOT the place for you. It once was, but it has absolutely fallen from grace. We all know teachers don’t teach for the paycheck, but if that’s what catches your eye about working here, rest assured that YOU are the one who will PAY to work here… you’ll pay with your health. Faculty and staff have been fleeing their positions at this school for a solid year, at ALL times of the year. People who love their jobs don’t do that. People who are being abused do that, and they should be proud of themselves for getting out. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. Sincerely, a heartbroken staff member who used to love calling RHS home.

Didn't prepare me for college at all, counselors don't reply to emails, teachers care more about teaching fast rather than actually teaching the students. Overall a pretty bad experience. ESPECIALLY if you're not white. The amount of racism this school holds for students and faculty and they don't do anything about it. The only thing that kept me from dropping out was the very limited teachers and students who made it fun. Would rather go to Heritage.

Let's face the facts, folks ... no school in any city or any county or any state is going to be perfect, the kids are all pretty much the same everywhere. Our kids went to several different schools across the United States before we finally moved back home to Arkansas. None of the schools were much different than they are here in Rogers, the teachers weren't much different, the kids weren't much different and the school district administration wasn't much different. The teachers and administration are doing the best they can. What we need is better state laws that let the teachers and administration do what we as parents expect them to do. (Right now the Arkansas state laws are working against teachers and school administration.)
