We love Providence! The teachers are great and there are a lot of ways for students to be involved and try a variety of extracurricular activities. The University Model School aspect is just what we were looking for and it has made a big difference in our family life, quality time, and pace of life. We are able to be more involved in the education and discipleship of our child than if we were in a usual 5 day a week school.

As an alumni of Providence Academy, I can confidently say that my time at Providence prepared me to be successful in and out of the classroom. At PCCA, I was given opportunities to develop my skills in leadership, public speaking, and critical thinking. I will forever be thankful for the impact that my coaches and teachers had on me academically as well as spiritually, and would recommend this school to anybody looking for an institution that cares about your student and their long-term development.

We have moved to 5 different states and tried public and private schools. This school is hand downs the best experience we have ever had. This school welcomes all. Your child will find a place here and be cared for by the student body and staff. The teachers are excellent. We love the university model. It allows my daughter social time but also much needed time at home with family. I can’t say enough about this school! My daughter tells me all the time she is so thankful we let her go to PCCA. She has never been happier.

When I share my Providence Academy story, I like to say that the further I am away from the graduation of my children from high school, the more I appreciate the incredible education they received! Both of my children chose STEM majors in college, and they were well prepared for challenging classes. The University-Model structure at Providence provided a strong foundation of study skills, and the classical model meant they were able to think logically and articulate viewpoints effectively and respectfully, as well. Extra-curricular sports and arts are also encouraged in this environment for a well-rounded approach. The Christian teachers at Providence beautifully paired a love for the Lord with a love of learning!

We are in our 17th year at Providence Academy. We have treasured more time in our home with our kids on our satellite days. In grammar school, I made myself much more available to come alongside my kids to give assistance; in jr. high and high school I have been able to take more of a back seat and be available for studying/helping research, etc. The fruits of all the labor can be seen so clearly as my kids entered high school and college. Their friendships stem for various grades and they become grounded in who they are, what they believe and how they can defend their beliefs. My graduates were more than prepared for next steps after high school as they are independent learners and know how to pace and not procrastinate. Thankful for the Christian teachers that have poured in to my children.

We love Providence Academy! If you’re looking for a rigorous education and the ability to be highly involved in educating your children this is the place to be. We love how a Biblical worldview is incorporated into all classes. History comes alive for the students. The teachers are incredible. We have all the advantages of a great school while also having our kids home and actively participating in their education. We are so thankful for Providence Academy.

I highly recommend PCCA to my friends who desire a faith-based education that is a hybrid of classroom and home education. The teachers do well in building a framework that not only educates the students but builds their character & confidence. The model also builds their ability to be disciplined with school work outside of teacher/co-teacher. It is not easy, but we can do hard things. When the pandemic started, I was not worried about my son’s education slipping behind. Although it was hard to transition to a new normal, the teachers and faculty moved and adapted quickly and provided parents with extra tools and encouragement to support our students education at a distance.I love this school and so does my son.

I was disappointed. My family has experience in public schools, classical education, Christian schools, and in university model schools. This school has more problems that I expected: 1. It's a time sink. There is a lot of busy work and teaching to the mode. 2. They exhibit typical academic na vet . I expected more from a NAUMS school. 3. The Bible education is "optional." That kind of de-emphasis is not appropriate if a parent is paying for a "Christian" education. 4. Clique formation is problematic everywhere, but in this school, it is absolutely out of control. I'm not talking about the kids, either. It's the teachers and other parents... 5. The public schools in NW AR are surprisingly good. My kids now get a better education down the street...

Providence is a K - 12th grade college prep christian school that has been the perfect match for our two boys. I am a business man who was drawn to Providence because the University Model helps create independent learners. Much like the skill set I need on a daily basis out in the real world. Providence teaches my sons a Christ-Centered world view. And, their athletic programs are very high end, but kept in focus to playing for, as they say, "An audience of One." You owe it to your children's future to consider Providence Christian.
