when I attended this school most kids were not acting like children. we all just grew up fast because we get taught more. The principal, counselor, and teachers do not help with mental health at all. For all the treat you like you are less because of it. there are some excellent teachers but most of the newer teachers were terrible. The principal acts like he is welcoming. I joined the school before he came. I don't recommend that you send your kids here. It seemed to be an amazing school but it's the worst one ever, showing how it has parent volunteers, and grandmas working at the school. some teachers like the 5th and 6th science teachers are terrible, she just lets kids run around, and donest let work happen. This school needs new staff.

I am a graduate from Holy Cross, and may I say, this is the most exemplary school that I have ever been to. Many say that the teachers and staff are "mean" and or "rude", but I guess they never got a chance to understand that our teachers are kind, smart, and care very much about you! I would recommend, and love for, more people to go to this wonderful school.

DissatisfiedAfter attending for five years our child is behind in basic concepts in ELA and science. They need to hold teachers accountable for poor planning and classroom management. Yelling at children is not acceptable in the school setting whether you are a teacher, administrator or a lunchroom volunteer. The school is poorly maintained and lacks full time custodial staff.

This school is money hungry! This is a Catholic school however, they are constantly soliciting parents for money for lottery - Yes Lottery for Father Wheeland's birthday every year, among other things that Catholics shouldn't participate in. We have been apart of this school for 4 years and I can not wait to take my child out. Its like a huge scam school. The curriculum is amazing and my child is thriving in academics however, the schools morals and values are not where they should be. This school is nothing more than a popularity contest among staff and parents.

My daughter has been at Holy Cross School, since Preschool, and is now in 1st grade. What she gets at Holy Cross School is enrichment programs (art club, lego club, cooking club), as well as computer class (which is not offered at Colebrook). The class size is about the same as public school (around 20), but the students are recognized individually for their efforts both academically and character building (caught you being good) on a daily basis. Kids who receive a "caught you being good" award are recognized weekly in the school bulletin. They en

The previous school closed down but my daughter attended pre-school here since than and they have SO many activities for the kids it was hard to keep up with. My daughter is flourishing and is ready to attend the reopening Parish run elementary school for kindergarten. The community is awesome and the pre-school I know is particularly excellent.
