Teachers do not care about the students. Staff is rude and not welcoming to students. Students mental health drops significantly after a few months at this school. My son was not helped with his severe ADHD, OCD, Insomnia, and Anger Issues. Teachers and staff do nothing about bullying and mental health.

Not very happy with this school. Some of the staff is rude to the students and the parents. The school only has 2 hallways and somehow has 600 students. There are no good events and field trips are expensive. The cafeteria food is extremely terrible, I highly recommend bring your own lunch. The teachers don’t know how to properly discipline the students. There is barely any communication, the list goes on…If you want to send your child here, it is not the right choice…

As a concerned and frustrated parent, I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with my experience at Creekside Charter. It is disheartening to see an institution that claims to prioritize education fall so far short in terms of basic communication, honesty, and security. One of the most significant issues I've encountered is the complete lack of effective communication from the school staff. It is astonishing that as a parent, I am left in the dark about essential matters related to my child's education. There have been countless instances where important information has not been conveyed promptly, and when I've tried to reach out to the staff for clarification, I've received vague and unsatisfactory responses. This lack of transparency is a disservice to the students and their families. The level of dishonesty that I've experienced at Creekside Charter is truly disheartening. It is deeply troubling to encounter instances where school administrators and teachers have provided false information, promising things that were not delivered. It is evident that they are more concerned with creating a facade of success than actually providing quality education. This lack of integrity is simply unacceptable.Perhaps one of the most alarming aspects of my experience is the complete disregard for security at the school. The front desk's casual approach to admitting visitors without proper identification is a major cause for concern. It is vital that a school, as a place of learning and development, prioritizes the safety and security of its students. The fact that anyone can enter the front office without showing identification is a blatant disregard for the well-being of the students.Creekside Charter is an infuriating rollercoaster of disappointment. I had high hopes for this school, but we have been consistently let down by their lack of communication, deceptive practices, and a lack of concern for the safety of the students. It is disheartening to see a place that should be nurturing the next generation fall so short of its responsibilities. I sincerely hope that the school takes these concerns seriously and works to address these issues for the sake of its students and their families.

Communication is extremely poor. Teachers dont provide updates on what is done in class or what they need to work on even after you reach out asking for support, meaning elementary which is needed. I email teachers and get no reply. I copy the principal with no reply. Zero acknowledgement. I hear from my children that several teachers punish them making them lay thier heads down because she has 0 control over the students and cries all the time saying the students dont respect her and due to this, no learning gets done. Teachers are always absent and the substitute teachers just tell them to go on apps. I mean for days they are absent. One time they had the PE teacher give art for over 3 weeks because there was no art teacher. If you go to the Creekside facebook parent page, you will see numerous parents concerned for their children and numerous teachers mentioned on how poorly they are with Communication and how their children get treated. The principal that was there for a year, was there just to fix the problems if this school to then leave with zero notice. Said he was leaving on a Friday and Monday he was gone. And the school is still the same. No change. Dont understand how its an A school. Its sad our children are not in good hands.

I used to go there for 4th grade when the school first got built. Bullying was kinda going on and lunch detention was just a student sitting alone at a long table that could be used and couldn’t talk to anybody. I think dismissal could’ve went better with the grade levels being in different areas because it was just everybody in the cafeteria. A teacher there once told me about my writing and told me how I could write bigger even though others could read it just fine, some teachers are actually good and willing to do their job. This kindergarten teacher tutored me when I had a D and Cs because of my absence and my grades changed in a good amount of time. I didn’t really experience bullying but I did notice others did.

Not a great school. I don't blame the teachers. It's charter usa. They decide to build a school the size of some auditoriums and make it K-8 for some unknown reason. 600+ students in a facility that looks like it should be for 200 - 350?

This school is awesome. The administrative staff is always helping and trying their best to help you reach anyone at school parent need. The principal and principal assistance are always active and trying to address any issues parent have at school as fast and as effective they can. The way they handle the school year thru the pandemic was excellent. The teachers help kids and they always communicate with parents thru Schoology and Power school. Academically is above than the public schools near my area. They have tutoring in the afternoon if kids need it and teachers are welling to work with your kid if he falls behind. Safe environment. Great school.

My child has been attending this school for 3 years. It went from bad to worst and now Horrible but the excuse is Covid19 and online learning " WE ARE GETTING THROUGH THIS TOGETHER"... bla bla bla... if so why is the teacher turnover so HIGH... my son has been the past 2 years missing teacher and working with substitutes for several quarters. I thought this year would be better now that the new principal has settled in... but NOT... WORST DISASTER this year thus far.

Both of my children have been attending Creekside Charter Academy for two years. The Creekside staff go above and beyond in their efforts to make the school productive, supportive, and successful. The teachers are really helpful, and they genuinely care about each student. The teachers have the student's best interests in mind and will work with them to help them achieve their best.

I cannot say enough great things about this school, teachers are great, my kids are getting a great quality education that is uniquely tailored to them by using data. The current principal is amazing! They didn't even skip a beat throughout these crazy times and continued to provide an in depth, interactive education for my kids.

Not the greatest. There are some great teachers that walked out because of the lack of support and respect from administrators. Kids are being shuffled because there are not adequate teachers. They have brought in under qualified subs for weeks at a time and the kids education is suffering over it.
