Sending my two children here has been one of the best decisions I have made as a parent. The staff at the school have the children's needs as their first priority. From the morning, to the after school programs, to the in classroom activities, Ellington is actively trying to engage and nurture the youth. Coupled with the community programs to help bring together and foster connectivity at the local level. Suffice to say I have never had an ugg I do not want to go to school today from either child. I know in sending my two children to EB Ellington they are not only getting a great education, they are in a very positive and caring environment.

As a mom of 3 kids in different grades, I can honestly say this school is amazing. One of my kids is special needs (autism). They do alright with him. Way better than his last school. They could do a bit better in options for kids like him, but I don't blame the school. I blame the county for not giving all the schools access to help for children like mine. This school works with what they have, and they adore all the kids they work with. I have not met a single teacher, administrator, or anyone else in this school, that didn't adore all the kids.I would definitely recommend this school! They listen to parents and the PTA is amazeballs. The principal cares and it shows.

My son has the best support from his teachers and the SPED community here at this school. Our IEP meetings feel like talking to his second family. It’s a small school and everyone knows everyone and we know our son is safe and is able to learn so much each day, it shows in how much he learns each year.

This school is my child's home away from home. My child is eager to attend school and they have so many exciting events and classroom learning tools to keep him engaged. The teachers are supportive and communicates events of his day almost daily with the use of Class DOJO. This is a great tool to keep the parent and teacher engaged. If I have a concern I typically receive a response in a timely fashion. My child is academically ready for next year because his teachers did such a great job instructing him this year! He enjoy helping him with his schoolwork because it is so much fun! He has grown academically, sociology and behaviorally. He has learned structure and his teachers have worked really hard to learn him individually. This has made the greatest impact on him and relieved the stress on me as the parent. My child is safe at this school. He knows that he is encouraged to report any violence or unwelcomed behavior to his teacher or principle. I am notified immediately if there is an emergency situation. The Principle is very involved with the children in the classroom and in the community. He knows the children by their names. The staff is always very friendly and everyone is willing to assist if needed. The school offers several no cost family events during the year. This allows family to spend quality fun times together. I am happy that my child attends this great school!

I've had nothing but great experiences at the school. I did not get the chance to attend this school but my younger sisters did and now my daughter. She loves this school she loves the teachers and the Principal! He truly cares about the students and community. They have a headstart program and also offer morning and aftercare. I would recommend this school 1000x times very proud to be a part of the Ellington Family!

My children starting attending in Aug and they've welcomed our family with open arms. They offer a lot of inclusive activities for family and it's been a great experience.
