The Phoenix Rising School is an amazing school with outstanding programs. My children are taught more than just the same classic subjects that other students learn. Lessons at The Phoenix Rising School are delivered to the students in a much more engaging way. Their programs are more hands on than other schools, especially their art classes, science lab, outdoor education, living history programs, etc. The hands on history program is great because it brings the field trip aspect found at living history farms and museums directly to the school all year round. My children have the opportunity to learn such things like cooking pioneer food around a campfire and learn how to write letters with ink a quill from an instructor dressed in period clothing. What other school has that as an internal educational program? I also love that The Phoenix Rising School is more focused on real education and helping our youth to become true seekers of knowledge, rather than simply preparing our children to take a standardized test. I am not the only parent to visit The Phoenix Rising School and say, I wish I had attended a school like this when I was growing up.

After attending an International school, and public school, we found what many consider the most amazing school around. The administration is innovative, approachable and wonderful. This school has produces a level of learning, and a love for learning that is un-matched. Our children love their community, and school. As parents we rest assured that our children are recieving a top notch education. Teaching a love of the outdoors, top Academia, living history, and yoga. The are being educated to make well thought out choices to be excellent contributors to our future.

My school is AMAZING!!! Everyday my kids wake up and ask " do we have school this day?" And when I respond with YES! They both jump up and down and say " yes, I knew it! I love school. Every one of the teachers and staff always greet you with a smile and they genuinely care about each and every person!! I truly couldn't ask for a better place to have my children Not only are they exposed to amazing opportunities, but they are guided to make educated and responsible decisions and encouraged to make and express their ideas through creative thought processes that teach our children the importance and success of individuality, expression of self and acceptance!

This school is in its 4th year and seeing great results so far. We have graduated 2 groups of alumni totaling 14 students and all are doing very well at the local public middle school. One student is attending a gifted middle school. Most are in student leadership, and accelerated math. Some have joined student government, theater and other extracurricular activities. All are confident, self-motivated contributors and leaders.

Our son recently graduated from this wonderful school. We are so grateful that he had the opportunity to attend such a dynamic, caring, innovative country school. PRS has an incredible hands-on science program that even the Kindergarten students get to experience and awesome art and outdoor education programs. I wish I could attend! The teachers are all passionate about teaching and are committed lifetime learners. I could not recommend this school highly enough.
