(Accountable & Safety) The students are sent to Porter Elementary to help them to deal with behavior issues. Yet it seems that its more problems there with the students being bullied by the students that's in the program. The school seems to be covering and doesn't address the problem. My 6-year-old grandson was there for 3 weeks and had already been pouched twice and kicked within those day by the same student. After the last incident. We were not contacted by the teachers. We were contacted by the nurse. We immediately went to pick him up. We asked for a bully investigation on the 3/28 only for someone to call on 4/5. To say the investigation was inconclusive. Now my grandson hasn't been in school due to us fearing of his safety. The school has not update us on anything that will be done. Are if anything will be done. Are if the student parents were even aware of anything. It wasn't a reason for her call on 4/5 due to it wasn't a resolution. The conversation wasn't re ensuring that it wouldn't happen again are that it was or would be addressed. They all say they understand, but no you don't understand if it isn't your loved one. We will not continue to put him in harm's way. Transfer is the best option at this point. I do not recommend this school. I'm very disappointed in the way it was handled.

This school is a joke. It is more of a prison than an encouraging campus intended for children. The lack of communication between office staff is utterly ridiculous. When they make a mistake, they're human. When a parent makes a mistake they need to learn and know better. If you have a complaint get ready for retaliation whether subtle or plain defined. Parents cannot voice their reactions without it being taken as malicious and your child will forever be treated differently. There's favoritism, neglect, arrogance towards students and unhealthy treatment towards parents. The office staff gives out false information constantly with horrible attitudes, but cannot be held accountable. I have written concerns with zero contact back. They'll bury it as fast as they can and you're a target afterwards. I've said hi to the principal and she has looked through my soul every time. Never even a second glance. They invent problems with your child(ren). You will resolve an issue and they'll somehow still have the issue as relevant. They do NOT take the time to accurately document anything. Countless times we have had to correct them and this only fuels the fire against us. Mistakes that shouldn't be made. That causes us as parents problems that have no business existing all over lack of documentation and/or communication. I absolutely hate this campus. It was once fun and humble,but has become empty, soulless and unbearable. It's tragic. If you're able-avoid at all costs. It's just not worth it.

Run! Kids are allowed to extort other kids for money to be their friend. This is acceptable to the school administrators. They do nothing about bullying and teachers do not care about the kids. Kid gets punched in the stomach and is told go sit down. They are told not to rattle or it will go on their permanent record.

Administration is lacking and their supposed "zero tolerance" on bullying is a joke. This is my daughter's only and very last year there!
