Wow! This school is the best! The staff and leadership here make all of the difference. I have two girls at this school and I couldn't be happier. I also substitute in this school, as well as others in the area, and I can say that this school has professionals for teachers here with huge hearts and love of children. The teachers are excellently prepared for their positions, and never stop their learning. Rusch is called a great place to be, because it is a Great School!

Great School! Great Staff! Great opportunities for kids! Rusch has an active Parent Club that supports the school and the staff have been superb!

Rusch Elementary is a neighborhood school and a great place to learn and be a kid! Our school is about connections of the heart and mind. Teachers are highly trained (most having master's degrees) and they love their profession. Support Staff work hard to meet the needs of all they work with. Our Parent Club is supportive and works tirelessly to support staff and students. Everyday is a new day for staff and students. It is a joy to be part of the climate and culture of Rusch. You can feel it when you step in the door. All students can succeed here...we're not just saying that!!!!

Every person in that environment looks out for every other person from staff to parents to custodians to volunteers to administrators to students to visitors. Amazing! That's why the sign out front reads: Rusch...a Great Place to Be!

I love Rusch Elementary School because, as our banner reads--'It's a Great Place to Be!' It's a great place to... learn, make friends, take risks, be creative, and have fun. too!

Rusch has that welcoming feeling the moment you enter the front doors. The teachers are kind, the students are respectful, and the staff really look out for my child.
