even if it is not the best it still gave me what other shools didn't, a chance while some had rules like you had to know where everything was even when you've just arrived.

This school is terrible ! Education isn't a priority if your first language is English ! Their priority and focus are for kids who don't speak English. This school is 95% Hispanic ! My daughter started here in kindergarten and her teacher was teaching in Spanish and my daughter would come home telling my husband & I that her teacher was speaking to her in some other language NOT ENGLISH !! Which my daughter only speaks English !! They need to pay attention to their English speaking children after all we live in America and not Mexico !! Thank god my daughter will be attending a private school next year. Do not let your kids go here this schools education system is below average it's as low as you can go !

Pomona District is trying to help madison school by providing ses (suplemental education services) is free for parents and they only have to ask for that application at school office or the distric is mailing them out , The principle like this kind of program and try the best to help the kids parents have to help to by taking advantage of this programs too. Learn it systems is a really good tutoring provider and free for parents & students.

I have nephews that go to this school and I feel the same way as other parent. If you care about your kids DO NOT send them to t his school, request a transfer to nearby schools like Clairmont, Diamond Bar etc..teachers do not care about students sucess and do nothing to improve their education. I would never, ever send my kids to Pomona schools. I did that one year and regret it so bad luckly i got them out. My A student daughter was getting D's which I felt no way this could be that was a slap on the face that they needed to get out! They got very behind and lost all they new. Now they are back to A students at another district!
