My daughter has attended Sacred Heart Catholic School since Kindergarten and my son since VPK and I couldn't be more pleased with the education they are receiving. Sacred Heart Catholic School is academically challenging, spiritually enriching, and the teachers and principal are warm, welcoming and truly invested in their students' success. The new principal Ms. Boyle bringing the school to a better fit in 21 century with technology and still keeping the old school education core. The students are also enriched by a curriculum that includes art, P.E., Spanish and French classes, and a phenomenal music program headed by the talented Mrs. Dalia Gibson. As a family we love the school and community…

Now more than ever I am convinced that I couldn't have chosen a better school for my son, Gerardo. Sacred Heart has definitely fulfilled all of my expectations. I would greatly recommend this school to any parent looking to provide their children with the good academics, strong moral values, and a solid religious foundation. I have seen the impact Sacred Heart Catholic School has had on my son's faith, making him comfortable talking about and living out his faith.Although, it was hard for Gerardo to adapt at first after switching from public school, I was able to see a dramatic difference in his math skills and his behavior at home after his first year at school. I am so blessed to be able to give him this opportunity, since I know attending Sacred Heart Catholic School is giving him good moral values and good academic skills to succeed.

There's much to say about this school the staff the principal the home and school board these are the hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure to meet and made to feel apart of this is a family.I am a grandmother raising 2 little girls we feel blessed to be able to attend Sacred Heart the first time I went there I knew Ms. Boyle opened the door and hugged me, my girls knew this is where we needed to be.The stability the faith the constant has made us far better people. All the children treat you with such respect it is truly amazing I attribute this to Ms.Boyle.My grandson also attends school there he got lost in the system in his last year in public school today I look at him he has grown into a spot on young man playing sports I might add that the youngest child of mine was also a little bit behind and bullied endlessly in public school not now she's a head of the game and no bullies here or not that I've heard and they tell me everything. So this is wonderful place for a child . I can't thank Ms.Boyle and all who is there on a daily basis for everything you do for my family and all that attend at Sacred Heart you are a great inspiration. God Bless

Sacred Heart Catholic School has been a blessing to our family. My daughter has been there for a few years and has flourished in ways I never thought she would. From her straight A s, to her musical endeavors and involvement in school clubs, she continues to impress me time and time again, all through the guidance and teachings of SHCS. In addition, SHCS is one of two Notre Dame ACE Academy schools in the entire Tampa Bay area. They are part of a program of the University of Notre Dame, which was established to strengthen and sustain existing parish and diocesan Catholic elementary schools using research-proven methods to address every aspect of schooling, from classroom instruction to resource management to leadership development. The teachers and principal at SHCS are ALL very welcoming and have above and beyond personalities which reflect in the student s achievements. The principal is passionate, energetic and has been a positive addition to the school. Make no mistake, your child will happily, spiritually and academically succeed at Sacred Heart Catholic School.

I got fired for a childs lie... That says a lot about the principle.. I do not recommend this school for any child.. I went to a public school and I turned out just fine! so don't stress over where your child goes too school at..

The new principal has no experience with kids and has a tendacy to not communicate with the parents anout their child's progress or failure. The turnover rate for the teachers this year has been horrible, there is no structure, or consistency with the kids as it was when the former Principal was there.

I am thankful to God for providing my daughter & I with a secure an non-hostile enviroment in Sacred Heart School . My daughter was in a Pinellas Park public elementary school where she was treated like number & bullied for three years, k-2nd grade . In public school she struggled in math and is not excells. Here at Sacred Heart she is treated as an individual with respect from her peers as well as her teachers. I can leave my daughter at the school and no matter what happens I know my daughter is safe until I pick her up. All employees and volunteers have to be fingerprinted and a background checked for safety and the school is locked to prevent individuals from entering without permission. Its not just a school is a community because parents have to be involved in volunteering and the academics are far superior to public education.

My daughter has been @ Sacred Heart for the past 5 years and is starting her 6th year. My husband & I have been both pleased with our daughters education from SHCS. Her ITBS scores were at and above grade level. Our oldest daughter went to SHCS from Pre-K to 4th grade. We had to put her into Public School do to her learning disablity. Public School failed to meet her needs and didn't even followed her IEP. So we put her back into private and decided that our younger daughter wouldn't go to Public School. Public doesn't care about the children only about their FCat scores & money. At SHCS the staff & teachers have 2 goals for the children "COLLEGE & HEAVEN". Those are the same goals me & my husband have for our child. I thank God for SHCS. God is good!
