My son is now a 5th grader & has gone to Ocotillo Elementary School since kindergarten, he loves his school, has had some amazing teachers. We both feel safe & comfortable with attending. My son has had some medical surgery's & procedures that has greatly affected him making it in person & missing so much School. His principal is amazing & is working with us . One thing I wish I could find some sort of programs or tutoring to help while he is not able to attend in person that are affordable . All in all we love Ocotillo, Go bulldogs!!!

Over the last decade, Ocotillo has been an instrumental part of my life. It has been a safe place for my 3 children and 5 nieces and nephews. What makes Ocotillo a great place, is the caring adults on campus. Ocotillo is an inclusive environment serving the many different demographics in the community. The admin on campus are true servant leaders who always put the families and staff first. Ensuring all children are successful. The office ladies are the heart of the school. When you walk into the office you will always be welcomed by a greeting every time! These ladies are dedicated to serving the community. The social worker, Mr Medina is a key person on campus who provides any tools needed to make all families feel safe while at school and home. K-6 teachers, special area teachers, reading interventionist , parent liaison, volunteers, community members, gifted teacher, ELL specialist, para pros, instructional assistants, cafeteria staff, crossing guards, monitors, facilities staff, head start staff and KidSpace staff members are truly what make a difference in each students life! It truly takes a village and I’m so happy Ocotillo gets to be a part of my village.

i been a student at this school for about 6 years and i had no problem i love it and i still wish i could be there

The principal at this school is not a nice man. He was rude to my husband and uncaring toward my daughter. The last two principles as Ocotillo have been terrible and the test scores reflect that!

Ocotillo Elementary School has fallen behind in academics. They are ranked close to the bottom of the list for Az schools. This school SUCKS! And I feel bad for the few good teachers they actually do have.
