Excellent, the staff is friendly and always there to help. The administration is effective in solving issues and supporting staff. I had a great experience at Pastor.

The principal never does anything about the students problems, she doesn't hear both sides. Ms.Acosta has favorites and doesn't know how to treat the children instead of trying to cope and guide kids. Being the principal is more than just giving out referrals, but being there for the students helping out kids when they seem to slip through the cracks or just having a bad day and see what's really wrong. I personally loved the school about 6 years ago, The old principal had more activities for the school to be more engaged with each other and hoping other students & fellow peers have the same experience and more for kids not only school but personal life why kids act the way they do. Sadly no one will get to experience the same Ed Pastor school any more.

My experience at this school was average. The class sizes were to large. The class structure and persistent behavior problems took away from learning, becasue of this I probably did not learn as much as I could have. I do feel I learned, but I would have liked more student and teacher interaction. In total the school was good but could improve.
