My children's have been going to this school for about 3 years yea they have this thing called dollar dress down every friday but it's to raise money. When it comes to workout the little ones take the gym and the older kids take the field. This year of 2014 champion school won about 5-7 theories by the stuff and students for sports and acdiamics. The teachers are great if you were to pass by the school you'll see teachers every Saturday and Sunday staying to find new ways for helping the students. Champion school shows students to never give up,try your hardest.ect... But besides being a great school the teachers care about the students my son had mr Marcelle in the last day of school Marcelle told his students he"ll miss them, that he couldnt ask for a better class both of them. mrs sawyer ms ray and coach Taylor made a big inpack in the school and students, ms sawyer bought laptops for the whole school.they have 2013 charter school of the year I couldnt put my children's in a better school. Thxs to the teachers, office stuff, ns students.

The office staff is the worst!!!!! The bus driver lady has such a bad attitude and the coach is one bad principle they have real bad food never enough food for all the kids some kids have to be given sandwiches .wen the menu food runs out they are harsh on the little ones when it comes to fitness they will have them training out in the heat while the older ones are in the gym the only good thing about this school are the teachers they are all great in there own way. I dont recommend this school to anyone. My two children have been there for two years and this will be the last .. They also charge children 1$ every Friday for free dress day they demand friday school for the children who are behind yet they will give detention if the kids do not assist yet they dont provide transportation .i moved my children here for a better expirience for them . Yet they dislike it so much ..the bus driver will make em wait for about 15 to half an hr in the heat bfore she would let them on the bus in mid summer just bad bad .. Dont swich to this school :(

This school has really gone down hill... I am very unhappy with the principals and the teachers.. I really do not see any improvement. My 3 kids are moving schools ASAP I can not keep them here for the following year.. I DO NOT recomend this school to any child that wants to excel in there academics. WORSE school in South Phoenix..

Its funny to see such positive reviews but yet such LOW test scores on AIMS. It makes you wonder if the owner is writing the positive reviews ...just a thought. Oh yes, I wonder if people would want to send their child to a school that DIDN'T pay five teachers their two last paychecks because of funding but yet a year later builds a new school. Mind you two of these teachers had to relocate and were punished for it by not being paid. What is important here? I hope the school the best, its just sad education is not put first

Champion Schools is making a mark on how students learn. These students are becoming more engaged in the classroom and interested in school by implementing an athletic/workout program for students of all age. The students greatly enjoy all the coaches/teachers and athletic programs that are set in place for them before and after school. Thank you Champion Schools for encouraging a healthy and fit student population!

My family has shared many wonderful experiences with Summit . We have been part of the Summit family for 6 years. I appreciate all the activities the school has to offer. The teachers are experienced and the environment is inviting. Go Stingers!!!

My son is in kindergarten this year and he truly enjoys the environment. He could barely write his name when he started here and now he is writing sentences and even reading. I am very impressed with his growth.

My daughter loves Mrs.Ruiz. I am impressed with how dedicated she is to the childern in her class. She has prepared my daughter far more then I had expected for the first grade. . This school is awsome, I have recommended it to all of my family and friends. Keep up the great work.

My grandson attends Summit. I have grand daughters that attended this school when they were young. They are now in high school and are very successful. I really love this school. I am really looking forward to enrolling my other grand son next year.

This school needs a major makeover. The office staff was very rude and seemed as if she did not care. The kindergarten teacher acted as if she ran the school and all problems needed to be run through her. I will not be sending my daughter to first grade here because of the first grade teacher ms jones...she acts as if she is intelligent but after observing her with her class, i was not impressed at all. her grammar is not correct and she seems to have little classroom management skills.

This school was one of the worst facilities I've ever been in. The teachers there try their best with what little they have. But they have no support from the administration. It's ridiculous how unorganized this school is and how little the administration actually care about the students academically. The school has no disipline program or curriculum to follow. Lunches come from taco bell or wendys and are served cold to the students in their classrooms. They have no playground for the students to play on, instead they let the students go to the park field behind the school that homeless people flood. It was the worst school I've ever witnessed.
