5/10 Not terrible because the 10% students that's aren't horrible make it all worth it. Would be higher if staff PROTECTED STUDENTS FROM BULLIES. I'm ready to beat these rats up because of their rumors and abuse towards my sister.

My children and myself have received unfair treatment from this school

To be honest, although great schools rates it a 3 star, it deserves an 8 star. It's one of those underestimated schools that actually work double compared to an 'A' school. Shout out to Mrs. Haggard, Ms. Rents, and Mrs. Carbajal, who by far have helped to where I am today. The staff cherishes good memories. They should be an independent school, and yes they're that good. I moved schools, unwillingly but for a public school, they're as great as a private, in my opinion. So, yes please enroll your child in this school, because they'll enjoy it, coming from my experience.

Lets face it, this school is not in a good areac which is probably why it only gets a 3. This is a great school with great teachers who really care about the students. All the staff down to the nurse and lunch ladies were really there for the kids. I liked that everyone seemed to know who my child was eventhough they were not his teachers. They were all very engaging. They do the best they can for the area they are in, and it shows. Finally, I think it is important to note this is the most diverse school in the area. We are a white family and we didn't feel excluded because of it like we did everywhere else in in the neighborhood, including other schools. If English is your first language I highly recommend this school!

Some good teachers, but the turnover is incredible. My child went through 4 teachers in one year!! I hate the fact that the kids sit in seats all day, everything here is about the test test test and not about real education. The reason for the poor behavior a previous reviewer mentioned is because the children are forced to sit in their seats all day!! NO recess, no play, no free time. They are treated like little robots. They do not teach science or social studies at this school because it's all about Aims. Sad. I withdrew my children at the end of last year for a school that is rigorous, but more respectful and caring towards children.
