I have two children in this school. I like the principal very much. However, while volunteering, I have found several teachers, as well as the asst. principal, condescending, and disrespectful of the students. If you are from Pewee Valley/Crestwood, it might be a welcoming environment. If you are not, it can be cold as Ice. We are searching for a new school.

We have 2 children at St Aloysius. One in middle school and one in elementary. We have been at this school since preschool and just love it. The school provides an excellent environment for learning. They have quality teachers who truly enjoy teaching which gives the children a very positive learning experience. There is a true feeling of community from Kindergarten to 8th grade. We feel the administation's leadership is outstanding. Their decisions seem to be truly based on what is good for the students.

St. Aloysius Catholic School is an excellent educator of the whole child. We work together as a community to serve the academic, spiritual, social, and emotional needs of each child. My own children attend St. Aloysius---if I want the best for them, I want the best for you! Please feel free to contact me for more information, a personal tour, or just to learn more about the area. We are here to help.

I would not recommend this school. Big classes, chaotic, teachers are overwhelmed, kids get very little individual attention. So many better schools available for your money. 1 year was more than enough for us. They do offer lots of sports and if that is your thing, this is the school for you.
