This school focuses less on the best interest for the child and more for themselves. They are quick to put hands on you kid and restrain them without giving the child a say in anything. This is less of a school and more of a babysitting business. Just because a child may have a learning disability or behavioral issues does not mean they should be deprived of a full education experience.

My son attended Oak Grove at the Ranch for 2 years. The program looked very beneficial to our son when we went and took a tour. The school failed in keeping consistency with anything except for punishment. Bullying issues never seemed to be fully addressed. My son complained of not getting help with work in class. It was even noted by my school districts psychologist upon visit, that the teacher was not engaging the students in learning, but just passing out work. There seemed to be staff on campus that really cared, my son was just not fortunate enough to have them as his teacher. My son is now in a special day class at another school and is doing great! He will be transitioning into a general ed class next month! :)
