Amazing family environment that cultivates independence, respect and accountability. My kids are excited about going and my Jr high kids are excited about what they are learning about. A lot of hands on learning! Best choice we ever made about our children’s education. Better to invest in these early learning years.

I’ve waited some time to write this review- this school gave my disabled child less than 2 weeks to acclimate before deciding to kick him out. They never called us (parents) once, asked for a meeting, sent an email, nothing. They did not care at all about his feelings or experience. They are elitist and discriminatory. We are not the first special needs family they have treated this way. Think twice before sending your children here as these women are thoughtless, elitist and treat the most vulnerable among us with contempt. BEWARE!

This school is exactly what I was looking for. The children are happy and excited to go to school every day. They are challenged and love learning. Teachers are wonderful.

Excellent! All 3 of my boys went to Arrowhead Montessori. It is like a family there. The teachers really care about the kids and it is such a warm atmosphere. My boys learned independence and loved going to school. Not only did they learn the traditional academics, they learned life skills. A day could consist of skip counting, phonograms, learning about traditions from another culture, making mashed potatoes or collecting chicken eggs :). Love this school!!!

Excellent! This is the best preschool option available in the West Valley. Our son has been here for over 2 years and is thriving. He is meeting every benchmark well ahead of time and adores his teachers, friends, and the animals and outdoor environment he helps care for. This school offers an amazingly well-rounded early childhood education! Not only are teachers focused on early literacy and mathematics, but additional key things such as practical life skills and good citizenship as well.

We had to sue the owner to get the money she owed us. The owner is extremely unprofessional and is very difficult to deal with. She refused to pay us what was owed. I was left no choice but to turn to the Attorney General, 3 on your side, BBB, etc. She still refused. We decided to take her to court and go after the full amount she owed us. Technically, they owed us over $4,000.00. I filed a civil suit. She finally agreed to pay, obviously based on the smart advice of her lawyer. She could have just parted ways with paying us the small amount we requested. Instead she ended up paying us thousands. •We paid for our 3 year old to be in their primary classroom. However, he was placed in a “transition” room, separated from the other children, which is not what we paid for. They also napped our son against our wishes in leui of the afternoon workcycle we had enrolled him in. We received “ghost” charges and lost scholarship money do to their incompetence. •They would share private family matters (i.e private conversations, private parent teacher conferences, etc) with other parents at the school. We were a witness to many of these conversations personally. Anyone can call themselves “Montessori”. This school offers no value except if your looking for a very expensive babysitting service. Not a certified Montessori school, High employee turnover. Progress reports promised but never provided. No goals or benchmarks to move children forwardParents would give specific directions on what their child is to eat and not eat but they would often not honor those wishes and thought it was funny. This school is getting away with things that would not be tolerated in most other industries because they are a private school which means one governs them. In my dispute process with them, I have come to learn that the consumer has no one to turn to should you be victimized by a private school. There is no accountability. They can do what ever they want. My situation has proven that they take full advantage of this. You think because you pay out of pocket for private school that you will be given the best treatment and education. Arrowhead Montessori has proven that this is a huge misperception.

Our son was so excited about his first day there. Other kids were welcoming and happy to meet a new student. He came home with vegetables from their garden. The building and campus is like a little ranch. The director and staff are all friendly and professional. We are very happy and listened to him talk about his day at dinner. After only one day we feel relived that we made the right decision in picking a Montessori school.
