    This school has lots of favoratism and against kids and workers

    we made a mistake moving into penfield. Bay trail middle school only teaches to the lowest common denominator. If your child wants or needs any sort of academic challenge this is not the place for you. The majority of teachers seemed apathetic to teaching anything but the very, very basics. They did not offer any sort real advanced classes, except in math, and then you had to be chosen coming out of 5 grade and there was no chance of joining advanced classes later. It was very disheartening to have my daughter come home day after day and tell me how she had to act dumb to avoid being bullied. I would recommend finding a different district or homeschooling. Bay trail is so bad it shoujld be a deal breaker if you have a bright child and are moving....they will be bored and lose their love of learning...

    I love the teacher's and staff. They are mostly a great community. Unfortunately Penfield school's in general are very undiversified. Their is racism with both the parents and students.

    Bay trail is absolutly amazing. kids make friends fast and lessons are taught VERY well. nive work bay trail :)

    I really like bay trail. everyones so nice and The guidence staff are really halpful. The one downturn is that the elevators smell! :-)
