School #27 maybe one of the best schools in Paterson but they need to address the problems with teachers not teaching, getting rid of the new principle Mr. Puglise and bullying. I honestly feel ever since this new principle came to the school he has not dealt with the issues. I don't feel he can improve the school and honestly they should think about replacing him. Many parents have complained and I feel he is just not doing anything to better the school. As far as bullying that issue is definitely there my kids have been bullied and no one has helped with the situation I'm definitely thinking about taking them out they say there going to handle it but it just continues. Also some teachers not all need to focus on really wanting to teach our kids instead of just worrying about a paycheck. You definitely do have ones that do want to teach our kids but there's those that give a bad name to the ones that are there to truly teach. Signed concerned parent

One of the best schools in Paterson NJ...in a very quiet and safe area. My daughter has been attending this school for the last 3 years. Now she is in 4th Grade...so far teachers are doing a great job, but the Principal is doing a better one for selecting great teachers. Let's hope this momentum keeps on going as my daughter advances to higher grades.

My daughter has been in this school since kindergarten and it started out great. The lower grade teachers are awesome. Once she got to 6th grade things changed. The teacher is unorganized, not prepared and focused too much on social networks. Using YouTube to teach my child history is not teaching, what happened to history books and testing. Now it's all about blogs, Instagram and Facebook. My daughters education is suffering because her teacher is doing a poor job and does not communicate to the parents when the child needs help. Thank god we will be moving soon and my child will get the education she deserves
