Principal changes ever 2-3 years. When we asked why this one teacher doesn't grade homework or even check to see if it's completed the answer from teacher and principal was " we leave it to the integrity of the 4th grader to do their work". We decided to look into other schools and are much happier. If moving for public schools, Glenview has one of the best districts in the country.

The teachers are involved with kids. My son is doing well. I'm a happy parent.

This is a great school with competent and dedicated teachers. It has abundant resources available to all students. PE 4 times per week, art, Spanish, music, band, orchestra, challenge program, recess, library. Technology is strong with chromebooks, IPADs, kindles as well. Would like to see a stronger STEM program for all students. Additional resources available for students who need help as well. It's a safe school with continuous assessment of this at the administrative level. PARCC testing has possibly affected the rating of this school which should not be a 6.

Great school! My son loves it. We give Challenge program 5 stars, too. My two older kids graduated a few years ago. They have good memories from Franklin, too.
