- Submitted by parent on August 07, 2013Big Jackson Public School is a good school for all young children. I have had 4 of my six children graduate from Big Jackson with honors and will have the last 2 going through Big Jackson. The class sizes average 10 children with 2 or 3 grades combined. I am a member of the parent group that has helped pay for an average field trip every month. The staff is always friendly and encourages parent involvement in the classroom. There are enough computers for every child to have one to use. Title one services and any other needs are met at this school. I highly recommend this school.
