Overall since Ms. Irving has been the new leading principle at RHE, the changes have been noticable. I can see there are positive changes taking place here. To learn today that this school has raised from a double F school to a B+ is amazing progress from before! I'm proud of everyone involved in the process of making that possible.

My personal experience in 2004-05 were very good. I learned a lot by being around different types of people.

Rolling Hills,is a decent school.Clean ,staff is average and good caring teachers. But that's not the problem with this school. Most if not 50% of the children at this school is .Horrible, fights break out at this school constantly . Children are rude ,unruly and consistently disrespectful. To teachers and piers. Since my children ,have started going to this school. They had to deal with all this .On a regular basis, cussing and words my 8 yr old daughter.Has never heard before.Even in our own household.Non parenting is grossly obvious.I couldn't believe this. The neighborhood this school is in isn't bad at all.So where in the world are these unruly hoodlum kids coming from?
