This school is excellent. The teachers and staff work very hard to aid students in academic performance and truly care. Students have mentors, exposure to rigorous curriculum, tutors, technology, extended opportunities, etc. They have worked hard to create a safe learning environment where students not only recieved an education but on site they have access to a community center where they can recieved eye exams, dental treatments, even wellness checks and mental health counselors is necessary so basic needs are meet and can focus on school in the classroom. They care about the whole student!

Absolutely terrible. Literally the worst school I've ever had to deal with as a parent. The assignments are sub par , the support is non -existent and the staff are completely indifferent. I ended up removing my child from that school and finding an alternative educational method. She is now headed to college with high marks on all her classes. However, just getting someone to reply to an email has proven to be a chore. The staff behaves with the pettiness of ill-disciplined teenagers. The lack of professionalism that would get anyone else fired from any other job. Thank goodness the state offers more ways to teach your child and thank goodness my family and I were able to move out of the neighborhood. I honestly feel sorry for those poor kids that have no choice but to attend that school. I advise any parent still living there to strongly consider the alternatives. If this school continues to be run as it has been it's going to be closed down in a few years anyway.

Great. The principal leads and demonstrates the behavior he expects from the students and staff.

The teaching is horrible, the school is dirty, the students in the environment make it hard for others to learn and pay attention, the lunch is disgusting, the dress code is outrageous, this school is terrible.

evans is a school that cares way to much about what your child wears than what they learn .

No direction for the students. No help from teachers. Students go to school to hang out and teachers to receive a pay check. My daughter hasn't received any type of support from staff, being that she just moved down from a different state. Unfortunately picked the wrong zip code to reside in. So looking forward to have a soon- to- be drop out at home. Thanks Evans for ruining the last two years of my child's life and erasing the first ten. My recommendations to other parents " Do not HARM your childs' future!!
