The staff at this school is amazing. They genuinely care about their students and are helpful and patient with parents. The front office is prudent and organized. This will be the our third school year at Olive and I have had the pleasure of meeting a few of teachers who have been very communicative and available throughout the year.

When we started Kindergarten in 2019 everyone warned me that this was an old run down school but the kinder teachers are seriously incredible people. The principal was ahead of the curve getting all kinds of equipment for cleaning the school even before the lockdown last year. All the office staff know my child and are always helpful whenever I call. I've always felt informed, and the commuincation from the school to parents is fantastic. I believe they handled covid extreamly well and the kids didnt loose a school year to it. The teachers need a giant raise.

Traumatic, awful. Stay away from this school specially if you have a child with a disability. The staff needs to be train how to work with special need kids and families. Children with disabilities deserve a chance.

Olive is such a wonderful school. The teachers are great. The kids are super sweet to each other. The parents and OPTC parent group truly care about the school. Great place to be.

Olive is a great school. My son has been there for 2 years now and we couldn't be happier. Teachers really care about their students and make everyday learning fun. Parent involvement is great but could use a few more dedicated people willing to help out. Small class sizes enable good teacher/student relationships. Even parents are known by name and treated like family. Also Olive has more inclusion students this year and not only is it an awesome program, it teaches students compassion that isn't always taught anymore. Olive also has a great science program and a STEM lab. What's not to love about Olive!?

The PTA is horrible and the teachers need to be scolded themselves on their interaction with children and parents.

Olive is a wonderful school! I've had 2 children attend Olive and I could not be more happy. The robotics program is fun. Olives's STEAM lab has a 3-D printer and the Art program is awesome! Technology at Olive is progressing faster than other schools in the area. Go Olive!!!

Olive is an amazing gem! The new principal Mrs. Darrow is such a treasure! They have a fabulous parent group, great new staff in the office and teachers who care deeply for their students! Small class sizes, and extracurricular activities make this school top notch. The test scores on the web site are old and do not reflect the current Olive!

The school looks completely run down and is located beside warehouses. The entrance is hard to find and the administration/office personell are unwelcoming. This school has very little school to home communication. Their outdated website says it all.

I love olive!! The teachers and office staff are awesome!! Very caring and really want the best for the kids!! The principle is one of the best I've seen! The parent volunteers are simply what makes this school a safe haven!!

Horrible office staff, extremely unprofessional. I have never heard adults talk so rude and disrespectful to children in a school environment. You are running a school not a boot camp. The school needs a complete remodel of the grounds including the staff.

This is one of, or maybe, THE best elementary schools in Orange! The principal, Mrs. Martin, should be an example for all Elementary School principals. The teachers care about TEACHING, the Admin. Staff care about HELPING, the parents care about BEING INVOLVED...and that makes the students HAPPY & SMART! This school also has after school art, chess, drama, & track available for those who want to sign up. Last, but not least, the lunch staff & janitors are KIND to the students & parents. What more could you ask for?!!
