We moved from Virginia to Texas because of better job opportunities in the area, and were concern because of the risk that come with enrolling our children in a new school; however, the decision to enroll our son in this school was the best decision ever. He improved so much in his overall academic scores. The teachers, principle, and staff are amazing and I hate to see this school being rated at a 1. I would recommend this school to anyone and really hated to have moved our son to a different school for the 2016-2017 school year because he loved it so much. The only reason we moved him was because we purchased our own home and he no longer belonged to that school district. Way to go Dowling family, keep up the good work.

I decided to take my kids to Dowling because of the ratings and reviews. After my kids attending there I have decided that it was a big mistake! Worst school EVER! We move alot because of our jobs so withing the last 2 years we have been to 4 schools and Dowling is the worst! The staff is comepletly rude to students and parents! The principle doesnt care about any input you may have! my daughter has CP and has had one on ones her whole life they wont give her that option and with that her grades have dropped dramatically! The schools is so unorganized and disfunctional! My daughters first day there she was looking around schecking out her surroundings because it is her second home bascially and the teacher screamed and yelled saying you dont look around you look forward!! My daughter had a field trip and i didnt even know until after she already went never signed a form never knew where she was going and she has CP she could have had a seizure. The teachers are just rude! i am very dis satisfied with this school and wouldnt reccomend anyone enrolling their chile there.
