Drury High School where if your an athlete or cheerleader your fine, but if not dont expect them to protect your child. This school doesnt do anything to protect your children. They treat the parents like they are stupid and have shown NO concern in doing the right thing by the kids.

This school is a joke, there are some good teachers but they're outweighed by the teachers that genuinely don't care about the students and are on power trips 24/7. I was forced into classes that I didn't want and was refused a change of classes when other students (well liked) had no problem changing classes at a later date. God forbid if you're a minority or have a 504/IEP because you won't be respected. The teachers don't take time to help students understand any work and then blame the student for not paying attention when they ask for help. We had a finance class once but it was really a math class with money word problems. Don't go here if you have issues with panic attacks or breakdowns, I had a teacher who would point and laugh at students having panic attacks. The lunch is just whatever they can find that hasn't got mold on it and everything smells terrible; you also have to pay for water and there is no lactose free milk available. A lot of girls had been sexually harassed by some boy and when they reported him the school did nothing. So many teachers verbally abuse students and then play victim and we don't have funding so we can't replace teachers. The only time we ever replaced a teacher during a school year was because they had thrown a heavy book at a student and it was caught on video, they were fired after a few days because the family could've sued. This isn't a school, it's a circus.

I really wouldn't rate this school very good, I've been to multiple schools but this was was probably my least favorite. I also recommend packing lunches because the lunch usually isn't good. I've heard they're trying to improve it recently though, wish they did that while I was there.

Superior visual, media and performing arts course work. Great athletics. Awesome after school theatre program- both plays and musical offered. Jazz, concert and award winning marching band. Chorus, guitar, music theatre and performing arts management courses. Stagecraft, studio art, construction, technology classes, AP classes, lipdub, DPAC After Dark Concerts, and so many other exciting offerings for students that are interested in the only performing and visual and media arts high school of its kind in Berkshire county. New high school; state of the art facilities. Great, like minded student centered staff and administration.
