Unfortunately, this school lacks diversity, I live in the district and I was very disappointed in the way my child has been treated. One of the 1 grade teachers who is a Special Education teacher has shown little to know support in multiple ways towards my son. I have meetings, Ive sent emails complaining about the lack of communication with his teacher. The principal was included in the emails so that he could be aware of what was happening. The lack of communication has not changed. A few things happened to my child that should have been reported immediately, thankfully my child can communicate with us or else it would have been swept underneath the rug. My child is still in attendance and will be attending another school soon. I will not provide details as of now because Iam concerned about how my child will be treated. I advise anyone who send your child there have a advocate work with you or a lawyer especially if your child/children have an IEP or if your child is not of Euro American descent.

Do not move here if your children don't fit the neurotypical mold. We had a severe issue arise with my son's teacher. When we discussed it with the special Ed supervisor she was rude and dismissive. We next contacted her supervisor. Who wasn't anymore helpful. It is incredibly unfortunate that the "district representative" is allowed to treat the most vulnerable families in the district with such a manner. Bewarned. We moved here because it was a "highly regarded" district. We have three children with IEPs and knew their education was important, they needed the best of the best. MNSD and Culbertson was the biggest mistake for our children!

There's no masking requirement in 2021-2022. None of the students are old enough to be vaccinated, there are high COVID-19 transmission rates in the county, and all the neighboring public schools have masking policies to protect elementary school students. No matter how good the teachers are (and my kids have had some great ones), there's no getting around the fact that the school board has made this school an unsafe place.

My son just transfer to Culbertson ...He never liked school but he loves his new school. ..The teacher are incredible. ..Thank you for making this a happy transition for my son....it makes me feel happy that he is in good hands.....

My daughter was at Culbertson for six years, and my son is still there. This school is terrific, and every teacher has been amazing. The PTA is very involved and active. The taxes are low, and the teachers are top-notch.
