I have realized most of the reviews on here are done by parents, so I would like to give firsthand account from my years. I was a former student at this school, I graduated several years ago. When I attended, I had left a review that was emotionally driven and didn't elaborate. Although I don't know if that review is still up, I would like to make another one, now that years have past by and I get to have a slightly different perspective. I am approaching adulthood soon, wary about my future, and have begun to think about how my upbringing at this school may have effected my development. I was a part of this school for 10 years, one of the few attending all the available grade levels at the time (PK-8). Some Other students who I grew up with generally agree that Seton did not do enough to develop our social skills. We were a small school, and most of us were shy kids, who were unintentionally sheltered through the school's values and small nature. Those of us with specific learning types weren't truly helped, only performative classes for "good/bad" kids. Most of us agreed there was not much of a difference, the extra work for the gifted kids sure did boost their egos. As I got older, the teachers became worse, increasingly difficult. There was a combo of carelessness, favoritism, and creepiness towards students. There was an unapproachability to most of the middle school teachers. I have no clue if the teachers are any different now, but its worth mentioning. I developed a talent of being terrified of not being good enough from an academic standard. Entering highschool, I was thrust into an entirely new environment. My peers were leaving me in the dust socially and academically, as I was too anxious to admit I was suffering (thank you SES for making me terrified of authority!)Little was done to help kids with certain learning disabilities or mental health issues. Kids having anxiety attacks would just "deal" with it in front of an entire class. This school very much lacked with bullying policies, most conflicts flew over teacher's heads. Kids were "playfully" picked on, and when we would complain, staff would say we were overreacting and not take any real action to protect us, especially minority children.Dont get me wrong, I cherish my memories, but man if this school didn't mess up my psyche big time. Pecking orders with parents, gray-area values, and an education that set us up for social failure. God, Be thankful there is a character limit.

Perfect School to find a family and faith oriented environment, the school is small which makes it a safer place for my two little boys to be at and a better place to get a 1 to 1 education. Thanks to all SETON teachers and staff!

10 stars! Love this family at Seton. Teachers, staff, and community. We have been there for 9 years now and we wouldn't change a thing. It's a wonderful family community.

All the teachers and admins we've dealt with have been fantastic - you can tell they care about the students as kids.

My 2 children went to this school, one actually is still there, and both loved going to school there, never wanted to miss going! and for me that is important. My son is in highschool and academically he is doing well and heard from other parents that students who went to Seton mostly do well, and that our math program was really good and prepared them for highschool better. I feel the school teachers really care for the kids , and they help us parents not only by teaching our kids academic stuff, but life lessons as well , helping build good characters with strong faith.

I have 2 students attending this school and both are excelling. We moved from out of state and took and chance and couldn't be happier. The teachers are all so caring and treat each student like they are their own. They attend church weekly and recently have a new head priest who is fantastic.

Not a great expirence. In years past this school was sensible, fun and a great learning environments for the kids. Now though, this school is seriously lacking, there is a problem with kids ‘unknowingly ‘ bullying others. There are very few teachers that know what they are doing. The school spends so much time and money in programs and such that, in the end, cause more bad than good. The school’s activities are targeted more towards the younger kids, leaving the older ones feel unimportant. They take away things that make school a fun and comfortable environment. There is a serious problem with cliquey parents that put thier “angelic” children on pedestals and make the less fortunate families feel inadequate. Almost every child would come back from school and not want to go back, this school suffocates the children and doesn’t let them thrive and learn properly. The kids don’t want to learn, because of what they have experienced at this school. After the children leave this school they are unprepared for high school or wherever else they are going. They don’t give the kids the freedom they need. The school looks well put together on the outside, but the facilities are old and falling apart. Parents are wasting their money on teachers forcing thier corrupted ‘catholic’ values on their children. It would be much better for the child and the parent to teach their kids thier values at home instead of wasting their time at this school. Thank you.

Great education in a nurturing and caring environment. I love that the teachers have the same moral values as my family and I do.

Not a good Catholic School compared to other Florida Schools. Enroll your children anywhere else. You can teach your children good Christian values at home and save your money!!!

St. Elizabeth Seton School is the worst expirience my son has in his life. He wrote an essay about it. We dont recomment it, especially if you are not caucasian or if you are not rich. I can give more details but just to think about it make me feel sad. Thanks God we have people and teacher around the worl who really care and do no stereotype. My son wants me several time to report how he was treat by a teacher and how he saw same teacher doing the same to other kids ( screaming and intimidating them). I am sure we are not the only one who has this felling about St. Elizabeth Seton School.

St. Elizabeth Seton School is a hidden treasure! My son transferred mid-year from an out-of-state Kindergarten program and the transition couldn't have gone smoother. His Kindergarten teacher was OUTSTANDING - it was amazing to watch him excel socially, academically and spiritually! The faculty and staff at Seton are professionals who truly have our children at heart. FIVE STARS!

St. Elizabeth Seton has been an answer to our prayers. Our daughter entered the Pre-K 3 program this fall and she has just blossomed. She loves to go to school and is learning more than we would have ever imagined and her social skills have improved by leaps and bounds. . The teachers and administrators are so great it's like having an extended family. We are looking foward to continuing our daughter's education at St. Elizabeth.
