i was a student at this school from 6th grade to 7th grade and i say that my experience was HORRIBLE, i was constantly trying to stay home from this school due to the amount of bullying going on. my mental health got worse throughout going to this school, half of the students there are openly racist and homophobic, my civics teacher was horrible. he wasn’t giving me full credit on assignments i turned in on time but brought down my grade to basically an F whenever i didn’t do homework or did bad on a test, heck i didn’t get full credit because i forgot a part of my project (that wasn’t even the main focus.) it was just a paper with writing on it and the actual project had us coloring several of the different acts (like stamp act, the boston tea party, etc.) i reported racism of a black kid being racist to another black kid and nothing was being done about it. they made you stay silent during lunch if you “talk to loud” and give you lunch detention if you have food on the floor by your table, i never had lunch detention but i saw kids being lectured for having food on the floor. study hall was even included DURING lunch and you had to do work and eat instead of having free time and talk with your friends. i personally couldn’t wait to leave this school because i was tired of how poor the staff does at their job, the dress code is beyond stupid. no sweat pants and not even sweat pants at pe. the teachers (not all of them) don’t know how to teach and blame it on us for not studying when we fail something, i’ve had students sexually assaulting me by slapping me on the butt in an open area and not one teacher said anything about it, they say they have cameras. THEY WORK. i had to see the cameras because i needed help with finding something. they say they have cameras but they only look at them when asked to. this school was absolute hell for me and i have more bad experiences than good experiences at this school. this was all my experience and i do not recommend. keep your children AWAY.

This school is awful and unsafe from my 3 years of my kids being there they expireanced a online threat to the school, a elavator fire, and a tornado which all were handeled terribley and they didnt let the kids go home when it happened.

Worst choice of a middle school man. So many problems with this middle school. More than half of the kids are racist and homophobic, the staff will blame you for things that aren’t your fault. (based of experience) cmon I didn’t even do anything and you said i’m harassing the harasser? I’m providing evidence and I still get in trouble when I didn’t do anything while they did everything. The dress code is dumb too. What will multi colored shirts and hoodies do? They’re not gonna distract anyone from learning so why do y’all get so pressed when we wear them. Along with pants. To the staff who said my SCHOOL PANTS are sweatpants, go to childrens place in the school pants section. They will be there. I’m sorry that I shop in the girl section since they fit, not my fault that they hug my legs since they fit. Not all boys are pigs. Just cause i’m wearing normal school pants doesn’t mean that they will get distracted by me. Control your boys at that point. Hold THEM accountable, not the girls. Besides that, if you do anything minor they WILL get on you for it. This school is horrible and I personally cannot wait to leave. Only enroll if it’s your last option.

Not a good school!! I moved here from Fort Myers and made the mistake of transferring my son to this school! They are not fair when it comes to disciplining and when they do, they belittle your kids even cursing them out like they are no good! I would not, I repeat, would not recommend this school to anyone!! Keep your kids away!! WARNING!!!
