My child is on a GIfted IEP and this school has gone above & beyond for my child. I appreciate the feedback from all the educators on helping my child reach his full potential. The classes are wonderful and teachers are always there to give guidance and help in any way.

Horrible. They only care about students who are going to college. As a parent, they did nothing to prepare my son for life after school. If your child wants to go to a trade school, they much much ignore them and treat them and the parents horrible

Every single time I've walked into Siegel H.S. I've always been greeted with smiles and positive energy

Prior to relocating to Murfreesboro, TN I took time to thoroughly research a school for my child to attend. Impressed by the reviews/ratings, I felt confident that my child would be welcomed, i wish i could've foreseen how cruel the children in the school school are. The kids at this school are truly appalling if i may say the least. They are obnoxious and rude: shoving people in the hallway, starting fights in HONORS classes and the bus as well, almost all the boys disrespect the females by referring to them as property and prostitutes (in or out of the classroom). The students do their absolute best to exclude my child from their cliques. Most days if my child even sits at any lunch table they get up and move somewhere else, other days the table remains completely abandoned. The faculty truly try their best to help instill kindness in the students, they even held an assembly for each grade level where they lectured the kids about being kind and welcoming to others. But nonetheless, they snickered in their seats and ignored the message. Unlike the students, the teachers are truly a blessing here, they are compassionate and do everything in their power to help the kids succeed.

As a grandmother who has watched interaction of students and staff, I am always amazed at the way the students are taught to reach the highest level they are capable of. This is in everything, not just academics. The band, the chorus, the clubs and anything else I missed are rated very high throughout Tennessee. Thank you Siegel for all the times I've been entertained.

Siegel High School is the greatest school in all of the United States. Top athletics in the state and most definitely top academics. Siegel has teachers that will do everything they can to get the student to be the best they can be. It is the students job to apply this and get involved in every way they can. #P2BASS

Office staff are rude. The web site is sub-standard. ALL teachers should have an email address listed and should post homework so that parents can be involved. I have to contact office to reach some teachers. How archaic.

I graduated in May of 2011 so my memories are still fresh. Without the superb teaching and administration I wouldn't have been able to get a nearly full ride to my college ($1020 a semester isnt' bad for an out of state student!). I took mostly advanced and AP classes but as far as I can see the teachers truly care about their students especially if they APPLY THEMSELVES AND DEMONSTRATE A THIRST FOR LEARNING. All the best teaching in the world is useless to a fool.
