Our last child recently graduated from Euclid, ending a 10-year run for our family at the school. In reality, we've been connected to Euclid for over 20 years, as my brother's 3 children started attending around 2000 and his experiences were similar to ours. We have been consistently impressed with the caring nature of the teachers and administration at Euclid. Our children have a diverse mix of learning and social-emotional needs and I really feel this school worked hard to meet those needs as best they could. There were certainly times where we needed to advocate for our children, though that is our role as parents. Over the years one of the things that always stood out for me were the supports Euclid was able to put in place at various times for our children. It seemed that when I spoke with parents and educators at other schools they were oftentimes surprised at the supports that were in place at Euclid, even without IEPs or 504 Plans (i.e., legal protections) in place for our kids. In most instances it seemed like Euclid really was trying to do the right thing for our kids. Euclid's teachers and administration were great partners with our family in nurturing the development of our children. The proof is how well our children are doing now at RTMS and Hersey (and how well my brother's kids are doing post-college early in their professional careers.)

We have had the best experience at Euclid. The teachers and staff are attentive and flexible keeping children in mind as individuals and tending to needs as necessary depending on the abilities of each child. Even during the pandemic we have had great communication between the teachers and staff. I can't believe the school is rated so low. I can HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Burke, Mrs Chung, Ms. Contreras, and Ms. Benson... truly wonderful and caring educators that care for their children as if they were their own. Even the activities tied to the Arts, Music and Library activities at Euclid are top notch.

This is a diverse, warm, and welcome school - focused on children first, and building character and kindness in addition to academics.

Euclid Staff is top notch! Every teacher we have worked with truely has seen our child as an individual learner. A wonderful culture like this has been created over many years. I truely can't think of anything to be changed about the school.

We were not always planning to send our children to Euclid School. We did a lot of research before deciding to have our 3 children go to Euclid. We've spent eight years (thus far) working with Euclid's staff, creating the best learning experience for our children. Euclid has been an extremely positive + rewarding journey for both ourselves + our children.

I must admit to being a bit nervous before my firstborn started school at Euclid. On paper, there were some demographic statistics that concerned me... I was raised/educated in the Catholic school system in Chicago, myself. We figured we'd give it a chance, "at least for kindergarten." By the 3rd day of school I WAS SOLD! The attention each and every child receives is commendable. The ENTIRE staff- teachers, aids, & administrators, all pay special attention to each child *without exception.* The children are encouraged to strive for academic excellence, of course. But I am most pleased by the culture of kindness and responsibility that is being encouraged and demonstrated every single day at Euclid. This is a top notch school! Now, with my firstborn preparing to make the transition to middle school next year, and my #2 squarely in the middle of her time at Euclid, I am acutely aware of the role all of those amazing people at Euclid have had in helping us shape these kids into the wonderful and responsible young adults they are becoming.

My child has grown and flourished at Euclid! The staff is top notch and Mrs. Gammons and Mrs. Collins are the best! The staff are easy to contact. Concerns are listened to and if they feel adjustments need to be made to bring out the best in your child, they make them, without hesitation. Working with all members of the Euclid staff, from the receptionist to the nurse, from the teachers to administrators has been a wonderful experience. Your child will learn and grow at Euclid, better than you could imagine!

My son started Kindergarten at Euclid this year and I'm very impressed. He has learned so much already and loves going to school. His teacher is available to me when necessary. There is also a great paper system that keeps me up to date on the progress my son is making. I'm very impressed with the whole staff too. Everyone is very professional and I can tell they really care about the children and their education. I love this school.

As a mother and an educator, I was dedicated to providing my children with private education. After selecting a well known private school, my children began their education excited to learn. In the first year, unfortunately, we experienced several disappointing moments within the private school we had chosen. It became a struggle everyday to communicate with the staff about my child's progress. More importantly we, as a family, did not know how to support the educational goals of the school. My children began to express feelings of discouragement and frustration. It was a daily struggle to keep them positive about learning. As we sought an alternative, we were told about the incredible education provided by Euclid School. Several neighbors spoke highly of the professional atmosphere and the positive goals that were consistently encouraged. Upon entering Euclid, I was absolutely amazed at the educational quality of the facility. After touring and meeting several members of the staff we decided that Euclid was exactly the environment for our children. Since then, the staff has exceeded our expectations with their level of involvement with each child's progress. I have never observed the level of support that Euclid gives to it's students. Principal Gammons and Mrs. Collins have went above and beyond to help my children succeed. The teachers have demonstrated professionalism, educational techniques and genuine concern for my children's well being. Mrs. Mattheson, Mrs. Edgars Mrs. Avila and Mrs. Scott, just to name a few, have worked with our family and have become positive role models in my children's lives. I have never regretted the decision to move to Euclid, I know that my children are not only educated but loved.

Euclid School has amazing teachers and staff who help develop, encourage and challenge the students. Great school district that feeds into John Hersey High School (highly ranked Illinois High School).

We recently moved in the area and feel it was the best decision we made due to the experience my child has had at this school. The administration, teachers, and all of the support staff are excellent. They are both professional and caring. The experience the children get in this school will assist them with their lifelong journey both academically and socially.

This is a fantastic school! I moved into the neighborhood for this school. They have amazing teachers, all-day kindergarten, low class sizes, wonderful art and music programs, and gym every day. The principal and assistant principal are also great. The PTC is a really active presence and does a lot of great things for the school, too. My kids are doing great there. They have such great support services and enrichment programs. It's a really diverse school which we love!

The school provides a great environment for students to thrive and grow. Teachers, district leadership, the community work in partnership to make this a fantastic place for learning. Our experience has been awesome!

We have 3 kids at Euclid, at different grade levels, and the school is fantastic. The teachers and accelerated programs always push my kids to do, and learn more. The teachers reach out to parents immediately if they need to discuss anything that happened at the school that day, and the diverse student body is a sample of what the "real world" looks like! I am a proud Euclid parent!
